The home was spotless and very comfortable. I’m not great with technology so a notebook with information would have been less frustrating for me. The kitchen is super well stocked with dishes and everything you need for cooking. It is close to the beach and the decks and pool were great.

Absolutely gorgeous house! They have thought of everything and have made it so convenient for guests. Very spacious, bright, and clean. Love that all rooms have their own bathrooms and even a half bath on the main floor as well as the pool area. Very easy check in and communication has been phenomenal!

We had a great time during our stay! The beach house was well-stocked with everything we could think of needing, which made our visit comfortable and stress-free. The beach was just a very short walk away, and there were several places nearby that were easy to walk to as well. We loved both the beach and the house and would definitely return for another stay. Highly recommend!

Home is beautiful and well-equipped. The bedrooms with en-suites were perfect for our large family. The short walk to the beach and pool were amazing. The outdoor kitchen and grill helped while we were enjoying the outdoors. Our small issue at check in was quickly taken care of by owner. We loved every minute of our stay and the teens said it was a “vibe”.

Everything was great! It was too cool for the pool. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. I definitely would recommend it and we hope to return there again.

Host was very good/quick to respond as we were booking and had questions. The house was perfect. Very spacious, clean and well equipped. Our family had a wonderful time and will return again.

We had a great time! Everything was very clean, and you really don’t need to bring anything. They provide bath towels, beach towels, chairs, and even pool/beach toys for kids. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed — pots, cups, silverware, plates, and even seasonings lol. It was amazing! We also had great communication with the host throughout our stay.

This place was just like being at home! You had everything you needed in the kitchen to the bathroom to the lounging area. You are steps from the beach that is absolutely beautiful! The location is great! The only thing I forgot to ask when renting was if the pool was heated. It’s not at this time so we didn’t get to enjoy that as we were hoping to. Other than that we have no complaints. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with our family.

The house was beautiful!!! I’ve stayed in many rentals and this one was by far one of the best!! I usually clean before I even unpack but that wasn’t necessary here!! It was so clean and beautifully decorated. It felt like home! The elevator was an added bonus especially for us seniors. I traveled with my family and 3 yr old granddaughter and toys and beach accessories for her were perfect. We had absolutely everything we needed . It was also great having the kitchen area and bathroom right next to the pool! The house is in a great location and just a very short walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart that my granddaughter enjoyed but be prepared to pay to park it at the beach access . Derek was amazing with his quick response to any issues or questions I had. I would definitely recommend this rental and looking forward to returning next year !!! Cathy A.

This property is excellent. Safe and walkable neighborhood and an extremely clean and well-organized home. The showers are amazing, and beds are comfortable. The host is very responsive. We had a couple of issues while we were there and a family emergency, and everything was handled immediately and compassionately. The elevator is a must have! We rented a golf cart and had two cars in the driveway with absolutely no issues. We all loved the property and would stay again if we're in the area!

This home was perfect for our family to gather. There was ample space for everyone to spread out and have privacy but plenty of areas for us to congregate. The coffee bar was a huge hit, I didn’t realize it would be fully stocked so we had already brought all of our usuals but we definitely didn’t need to. We did a mix of enjoying the local restaurants and staying in to cook and we weren’t short on anything for food prep. We stayed in December so we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool and outdoor areas which means we will just have to come back in the summer!

This house was perfect for our family getaway. The house was clean upon arrival and the bedroom set up was perfect for hosting two families. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, which I appreciate since we like to have a couple meals at home instead of heading out for every meal. The beds were extremely comfortable, which isn’t always the case with rentals. There were plenty of beach accessories also available for use. One tiny downfall was the pool was not heated and we traveled in December so the kids did not swim.The location was also great. Just a block from the beach access and a short walk to the pier where there were multiple restaurants and bars.I would definitely rent this property again.

This property is beautiful inside and out!Home had enough space for everyone. You will fall in love.Kitchen has all the bells and whistles. Any size pan, plate, bowl, cup,glass, utensils you need, it's there.Elevator was a huge asset to this vist. Disabled parent was able to explore home with ease.Rooms and beds were comfortable.Outside has a feel of a mini oasis. Pool was always inviting and temperature of water was perfect.Location of house to the beach was a great way to get a quick brisk walk in.Host was very sponsive. I had no delay in them responding. Overall this was a warm and relaxing home with great host with good customer service.

Wish I could give this amazing property and hosts SIX stars. Blown away by the property and how thoughtfully the hosts have equipped the house for the best beach visit possible. Beach chairs, wagon, pool toys, outdoor games, a house that feels and smells BRAND NEW. So many thoughtful touches. Perfect pool for toddlers. The poolside bar was a fun hit. Plenty of space for big families and hosting guests. We had a blast and can’t wait to get back. Your first thought when you arrive will be “ I don’t want to leave”. Hosts were very responsive with communication and making sure we were taken care of. Easiest checkout list ever. You’ll feel bad having to do so little to get out the door. I could go on

Our host was very quick with any response that we had. The house was very convenient to the beach, tons of beach toys for the children and our grandchildren loved the pool. Kitchen had all the things we needed to prepare our meals. Only a 20 minute drive to Broadway at the Beach.

This property was a fantastic stay for our girls trip!! We had 9 women come together and this house accommodated all of us very well ! With every bedroom having its own full bathroom and some with double sinks there was plenty of room!!! It is completely updated and extremely clean and well taken care of!!! There was plenty of everything and you can easily feel right at home!!! The decor was up to date and very upscale! Mattresses in the main rooms were so wonderfully comfortable that a few of us looked for the name brand to know for home!! The management company was so helpful & prompt every time we reached out and even helped us through an unforeseen issue with ease!!!Thank You Derek & Lauren for sharing your wonderful paradise with us!!!
