Enjoy your evening under the covered Rocking chair porch or grill/dine outside on the back patio with a fenced yard. This home is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with open floor plan from the Kitchen, Living area to Dining Room. Kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, breakfast bar and comes fully stocked to make your favorite dishes/ recipes. Start making those memories with friends & family at our Community pool/gas grills/fountains/tables/restroom all within a few steps. Property sleeps 6 people. Pet friendly for small dogs 2+ years or older and under 35LBS. No puppies./Updated rabies vaccine/dog photo. Traveler ID required & must be 25 yrs or older.

Everything was just as described and this was a great property. Kim was awesome to deal with. Neighborhood was very quiet and everything we wanted/needed was easily accessible. Short walk to the beach. 100% recommended.

Great Family Vacation

Went with little kids and grandparents, the house had everything we needed. Beach toys and games and extra blankets and a washer! Great time- super easy to deal with!

As a kid I grew up coming to the area and WOW has it grown over the years. As if 2025 me, and my husband have been bringing our kids to Destin(25 yrs) and this home was one of our favs!!! ! The house was perfect for our crew! I would definitely recommend this home if you are planning a stay in Destin! The house host (Kim) was a fantastic! Everything was perfect! The best getaway!

Our 3rd stay at this beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, short walk to the beach, friendly neighbors, and Kim is an AWESOME host to work with! She is so accommodating and was easy to contact during our stay! We will be returning soon!

Pre-trip communications were excellent with the owner. Write up in Vrbo was spot on. House was roomy, well stocked, clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this listing to others!

Stay for wedding

Was great place to stay especially since I had my dogs with us and there was a large backyard for them to run in. Communication was great with owner and everything was as advertised. Would highly recommend this property.

Felt like home

My family and I initially booked with Kim for 5 days, once we arrived we weren’t ready to go home and booked additional days which was a very easy process. We adored this home and plan to return in the future!

Perfect house for a family vacation

This house had it all- private location that was an 8 minute walk to the beach. Spacious and very clean. Loved making meals in the kitchen that had everything we needed. Kim the host was easy to reach and made our stay worry free.

Destin Girls Trip!!!

The location of this property could not have been any better! The beach, malls, COFFEE, and all the restaurants were so close. We usually stayed within 10 min of the house. We walked a lot and felt very safe in the area. The house was tucked away and beautiful! Very clean and affordable. The only two complaints were the couches and the beds. The living room couches weren’t comfortable so we had to hang out in the bedroom to watch a few movies at nights. Two of us girls shared a bed together and it was very noisy each time you moved. Overall, we’d definitely come back. The owner was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Thank you Kim!!!

I always book a VRBO with a hot tub. The first thing I noticed was NO HOT TUB , so I called the property manager and they said they never had one. So I asked why they are MISREPRESENTING the property. I paid for a hot tub and didn’t get one. They did not even offer to reduce the price. What she did offer was for me to leave right away so she wouldn’t get a bad review. My daughter went to use the bedroom jacuzzi and it spewed out black particles. I would not recommend the property or agent to anyone

I love this neighborhood because of the Charm from the decor of the homes and picket fence through out. It's like a little community you would see in a movie. It's a small neighborhood with sidewalks and so much character for each home. Our house has a large kitchen/living/dining area for you to enjoy with your family and that was very important to me. I hope you enjoy it and please share your vacation memories with us.

I know some guest don't want to cook on vacation but if you do we are working on a recipe wall for all of our guest who would like to add one of their favorites dishes. I plan to frame the recipe's for everyone to enjoy!!! You may want to snap a picture of one and cook it later at your home... Destin has amazing food so I don't blame you if you don't want to cook on vacation.... Just enjoy, relax & make those memories........
