A perfect place to relax with family and friends! This is our "music home". You'll feel right at home in this updated 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths property with plenty of room with a 3-car garage and basement. Park-like back yard and pet friendly. We love pets and consider them as family members, but please make sure to include pet under pets and not as kids when booking. This home is about 5 minutes drive to Littleton Mineral light rail station. Close to Denver Tech Center. Easy access to downtown Denver, sport stadiums by light rail . Close enough to visit most popular places like Rocky Mountain National park and ski resorts and back in the same day. About 1.5 hours drive to Vail and Breckenridge. Close to Aspen Grove, light rail station, Red Rocks Amphitheater and restaurants. No hidden fees. Easy self check in and check out.

Family friendly home

This is the second time staying in this home! Both times were perfect for what we needed. Great area for dogs with a nice big yard. We were able to have dinner with family that lives in the area at the home. We were able watch movies, play games and put together puzzles. The home is clean and Hannah is very responsive. Anytime I reached out to her.

Home away from home

This property was perfect for our needs. Location is great, in a nice neighborhood, close to the South Platte River for walking. Good location for access to Denver area. The house is spacious and very clean with everything you need and more. Kitchen was excellent. Three good sized bedrooms. Our dog loved the side yard. Grill and table for outside eating were very useful. Highly recommend.

This place is a dog. And I’m not just talking about the pungent smell of pets that is impossible to ignore. You also get strong smells of smoke in lower level and mold in garage/master bedroom. If dead bugs in both the microwave and half bath are your thing, by all means, go for it! Do you like full cans of garbage inside and out? Expired food in refrigerator and cabinets? This is your place! Dirty baths with hair in bath drain, used bars of soap and multiple bottles of empty soft soap… Again, this place has it! I don’t understand how so many “verified reviews” complimented cleanliness? Equally disappointing is the attitude of manager. Hannah claimed it was just a bad day and she’d do better going forward. Little comfort. It was gross. When you choose VRBO, you can’t just move down the hall to another room. You’re stuck! My reasonable request to both Hannah and Vrbo for a refund of cleaning charges (since it hadn’t been cleaned between guests and we had to clean) was denied. C’mon, throw me a bone!

Perfect fit for our needs

The house had plenty of room. It was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, I will use this place again if it’s available next summer. The kids could play in the back and the front. It was sooo close to my parents’ house. We could walk if needed. Everything worked. I don’t think we used the tv but that seemed adequate. We loved it!

Wonderful home!

Home was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with all of the essentials and then some. The large fenced in yard is great for relaxing with family and pets. Great location, quiet neighborhood but close to outdoor activities (hiking, lake, etc.) and Littleton restaurants.

Wedding week

Home very much like our old home in Leawood which is close so we are very familiar with the area. Nice neighborhood and good location Low budget renovation but clean Transition pieces between floors high and a trip hazard Back patio with indoor/outdoor carpeting with strong pet odor Be helpful to have more silverware, measuring cups and a hand mixer in kitchen Couch in TV room pretty tired and well used

Red Rocks Concert

Needed a clean place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery store, easy for getting into Denver and Red Rocks. Lots of hikes close by. Appreciated how easy it was to check-in and check-out.

Delightful

This home was perfect for us. We got to meet our new granddaughter. The house was completely stocked. It was like being at home. It was in a peaceful area, far enough from the big city but close enough to amenities. Hannah was very accommodating. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Great location/spacious

This was easy to get to. Great location. Certainly had all we needed. Very spacious and open layout. Probably the best bed we have ever slept in on a trip. Lol. Little dated in areas but updated in others. Comfortable. We watched the foxes out front across street in mornings. Nice residential neighborhood. Very happy with choice.

Red Rocks Weekend

We had two shows at red rocks this last weekend and stayed at Hannah's place for the long weekend. This was actually our second year in a row choosing this house because of its great location, plenty of space, a good front porch and back yard, and is nice and clean. Will be back again!

Family gathering

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed in this house. We wanted a place to gather with a few family members after a memorial service. This house was a great space for that. We had everything we needed and plenty of space. Everything was perfect. Thank you Hannah for a great stay we will definately stay again if in the area.

Geat Family Christmas

This was a great place to celebrate Christmas with all of our family including our fur babies. The house and yard were perfect for the dogs. Hannah was easy to get in touch with and answered all of my questions quicky. I especially enjoyed the small Christmas decorations that were there to make the holiday complete.

Family Thanksgiving

My family traveled from Michigan to enjoy the holiday with our Colorado family. Hannah’s house was perfect; great location for us, clean, pet friendly, plenty of space. The house was fully stocked: spices, coffee, dishes, utensils, paper products, shampoo, soap & water & dryer. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and backyard

We needed a place to stay for a couple of days while we were having work done to our house. The house was right down the street and we were able to bring our dogs. The beds were comfortable and it was roomy enough for our kids and 2 dogs.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was exactly what we needed. The air conditioner and heat worked well. Most things that we needed were provided in the kitchen. The garage door into the house was a bit odd and the location of the poles in the garage made it a bit challenging at times but overall everything was great. We contacted the owner a few times and the response time was the best we have had for a vacation rental. Yard was great for our dog. Everything was as described in the listing. Will definitely stay here if needing the location again.

My husband and I are new to VRBO. We have lived in Littleton since 1994 and have been living in this 130-home neighborhood since 2006. I am, by profession, a tax accountant, working for a local CPA firm. My husband is retired from 36 years in aerospace and works part-time as part-time handyman for this property. This property was originally purchased to house visiting family and friends in lieu of adding 2,000 sq. ft at our current home, but the project evolved into an experiment in short-term rental after remodeling and furnishing the home.

Many homes in our neighborhood was passed down through the generations. One of our dear neighbors didn't want to sell this home to a stranger, so he offered us the opportunity to purchase this home.
