The location is great on this home and that isn't all! It is a cozy, open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining area, family room, full bathroom, 3 bedrooms, and a HOT TUB! Perfect ranch-style home with 3 FREE parking spots! (No covered parking available for guests).
* Downtown is LESS than 10 miles away,
* Bandimere Speed Way 13 miles away,
* Local foothills, mountains, and trails 15 miles away
* Red Rocks 16 miles away,
* Walking distance to food, liquor store, and more!

The Neighborhood:
King Soopers (our local grocery store) is just around the corner and you can walk if you'd like.
The local liquor store is across the street too!
Looking for a carneceria? We got one across the street!
Local Italian restaurant, Thai food, Chipotle, and Subway also in the neighborhood so close you can walk!

*Please note that the house is yours for use. You will NOT share space with anyone, however the property manager is on the property. He lives over the detached garage and in the basement. He is there to help you if concerns arise.

Very happy with house. Could have used extra bath towels. Would have enjoyed the hot tub more is we could've adjusted the temperature lower.

Nice house

Location is nice, with food and access to highways. Mountains are 30 min away and quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and odor free. The options for sleeping is nice. The hot tub is an added plus. Instructions were clear and we had no issues.

The house is in a great location, central to all things in Littleton and surrounding area. It was as prescribed, including clean. The issue we had was the property manager took MY package I had delivered to the house and didn’t tell us. I had to ask if they picked it up and to bring it back which they did - a day later and OPENED and without the packaging. They responded with “sorry, we didn’t know.” My name was right on the package.

Fantastic location, place, and host.

The host was incredible, answering questions promptly ahead of time for the stay. The description of the property was spot on. The location and value is superb. She provided clear instructions for check in and check out. The house was clean and ready for our stay. I could not ask for more from the location and host.

Hot tub time machine

we had a very comfortable stay the beds were very comfy the house was very clean and it was in a very nice older neighborhood very peaceful and quiet and the hot tub was a definite plus we will stay again.

Decemt little place

Wasn’t happy that there was another person staying on the property. That wasn’t listed anywhere in the description. Bathroom is dated and run down and with only one bathroom it really needs an update. Overall not a bad place to stay.

Wedding weekend

We were in town for a wedding in Littleton and this place was well located. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house, but it was well equipped and casually comfortable.

Quick Stay in Littleton

Stayed here for a concert at Red Rocks. Nice area. We had a small issue with air conditioning in the living room, but the host was very helpful in getting it resolved. Great communication throughout our stay

Little getaway

The house was how described. It was clean, accommodating, everything availability that we would have needed. Great location! Near everything- grocery, shopping, local attractions, restaurants as well as chain foods. Comfortable house. We were able to utilize the hot tub- which was wonderful. We we keep in mind next time we are in town. Thank you!!
