We are both from Colorado and enjoy the great outdoors and spoiling our 2 dogs. Hosting at our home during the summer months affords us the opportunity to camp host at one of our beautiful Colorado State Parks for the season.

Neighborhood is quiet, close to shopping and conveniences, medical facilities, and a bike/walking trail system adjacent to the subdivision. (Our backyard backs up to a large open space - which contains one of the many Highlands Ranch trails).
Easy access to E470 and I-25 which makes access to Downtown Denver, Denver Airport, Colorado Springs, and I-70 (and Hwy 285) to the mountains a breeze.

Trees include a peach tree, 3 dwarf pear trees, and 3 dwarf apple trees. The house is dog friendly to include a large dog door to the fully fenced backyard.
