Relaxing with plenty to do for everyone

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I do not like the beach. My family does. I love this place. There are tons of places to eat, shop and see. For the kids there are all kinds of sports to do plus of course there is the ocean or the pool. Room 2A2 is the perfect room. Not ground level with all the traffic but only one flight of stairs and a beautiful view of the ocean from the porch for your morning coffee or afternoon reading time.

Good to be back, but...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all enjoyed being back at Oceans Reach and Sanibel, but the quality of our unit (2A2) was not what we've come to expect of Oceans Reach. Overall, things felt splapped together and some things seemed done as inexpensively as possible, especially the bathrooms. There was very little storage in the bathrooms and NO counterspace. It was very uncomfortable and frustrating. At least one television was not plugged in because there was no outlet, and the speaker in the main living space was not plugged in. We were disappointed that the comfortable touches we've come to expect were missing this time.
