Thank you for a wonderful trip! I hope to stay with you again. We loved the beach access and the pool. We had a little trouble finding the best places to eat, but once we got our sea legs, we enjoyed some great seafood. All-in-all, I'm giving an excellent rating! Tip to others looking at Sanibel, buy the No-See-Um spray!!

I cannot recommend this place enough! It was absolutely wonderful, very clean, stocked well and a great location!! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the condo or the grounds around it. Very well kept and very nice. Made our stay even more pleasant.

You can't go wrong with Kingfisher. They do a great job preparing the property and communicating with the guests

This was our first time staying in a condo on Sanibel, we were traveling with another couple and needed a 2 BR. I was a little hesitant because I tend to prefer smaller, less crowded places. I was so pleasantly surprised! The condo itself was huge and just beautiful. There were so many small touches that made it really nice - laundry baskets, small welcome boxes with lotion, aloe, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods…just thoughtful! The view was perfect, the property itself was extremely clean and felt very private as none of our neighbors were loud. The beach was not a bit overcrowded like I feared. There were several turtle nests right by the condo! I have already had friends get the booking info from me! Host was extremely easy to communicate with. When we arrived we realized there was only 1 parking pass, and when I asked about a second since we had travelled separately, they brought another one to our room in no time! I loved this property so much and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would stay here again myself!
