3 bedroom, 2 full bayh . 1 queen, 1full, 1 twin located in the beautiful Shawnee National Forest located 2 miles south of Equality Illinois.
This location is ideal for vacationers, horse back riders, hunters, or anyone wanting a remote beautiful quiet location. This property has an expansive view. Close to a nice Restaurant and bar with gaming facility, which is closest neighbor. NO SMOKING INSIDE. Outside smoking only. Located just a few miles from Garden of the Gods, Fishing and boating at Gleno Jones lake, Stone Face, Bell Smith Springs, Burden Falls, High Knob ranch, Double M campground.

Great Front Porch View

Enjoyed our stay. Great view out front, perfect for morning coffee or an evening cold brew. Very comfortable beds, and everything you need to cook in the kitchen.

Fall getaway

This was a great location for our stay. Foliage was beautiful. And it’s close to the garden of gods and other attractions. This property is very well taken care of inside and out. Eloise was a super friendly host.. very attentive to our needs. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Comfortable stay in a great location for hiking

Very clean and comfortable place to use as a basecamp for hiking in Shawnee National Forest. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in a perfect location central to so many great spots in Southern IL!

Eloise was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend you stay in this cozy spot if you’re looking to do anything in the area. So much to see, some great hikes, and the tree swing, hammock, and her dogs were a great hit with the kids!

Excellent get away

Hidden gem of the Shawnee National Forest. Very private close to trails and fishing. Nice little bar less than a half mile away but not a distraction to why your there relaxation. Plenty of wildlife to observe. Would recommend this property to everyone!!!!

Shawnee Forest Trip

Very clean, comfortable, peaceful place.Ten plus deer the directly across from the property every morning. Eloise was very friendly and accommodating. Great location. Many attractions less than an hour away.

Peaceful quiet place

Awesome little place..quiet peaceful beautiful view well kept and if u need anything the property owner is awesome and available for anything if needed..we visit shawnee area a few times a year and we will definitely be coming back to stay.

Lovely little spot!

This place was great, I loved it! I spent a 4 day weekend here, and had such a great peaceful getaway. It’s a great location, very close to a lot of great hiking spots, great view, and lots of wildlife to watch. The property owners were very kind and informative it was a joy to converse with Kenneth. I would stay here again!

Great location.

Great location! We stayed here to hike all around the Shawnee National Forest, it's a great central location. The only remotely negative thing that I have to say is that I would prefer a contactless check in.

Everything we needed!

We enjoyed staying at Eloise’s property. She’s very kind and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was out by itself so it was peaceful. We would recommend staying here.
