Shabby Chic , meets farmhouse sleek. 3 Bedroom 2 Bath, 2 car garage. All amenities just bring your toothbrush. 2 outdoor patios, large fenced in backyard. Full kitchen, formal dining, basement has a pool table, fooseball and fireplace. Close to the Kansas State Fair. Kansas Cosmosphere and the Strataca Salt Museum. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and nice walking trails. Master bedroom has a king bed. 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed and a crib in the room. The 3rd Bedroom is in the basement ( does not have an egress window ) Queen bed.

Great Experience

My sister and I went to Hutchinson so we could spend time with our Mom. The location was important and this is a nice quiet neighborhood.

Weekend with Grandkids

We came to Hutch with Son and family to go to the Salt Mine and Comsosphere. The home was a great part of the stay. It allowed all of us to relax in the evenings and added to the joy of the trip. The home was clean, comfy and we would highly recommend it.

Stellar stay!

The house is welcoming and comfortable! The back yard is huge, well-kept and fenced. The hosts were super easy to work with and communication was stellar. The location was perfect. We were in town for state basketball and spent 3 nights. It was a great experience!

50th Reunion

Great place for a weekend in my old stomping grounds for my 50th high school reunion. Lots of parking. Comfortable beds. Nice backyard. Quiet neighborhood. Our hosts were helpful and responsive to questions when we texted.

Family Reunion

We had a great time at reunion and was so nice to go back to a beautiful property to relax and spend some one on one time with the siblings that all stayed together. So much room. One of the best stocked kitchens with anything you could need and more!

Great house in Hutch!

My husband and I stayed at Jim's property and it was perfect for our needs! It's located in a nice, safe neighborhood where we could walk in the cool mornings. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed having a backyard. We will stay again when in the area. Thank you, Jim!

Nice, comfortable house & neighborhood.

Lovely backyard in a relaxing, safe location. Lots of people walking during cool hours. The house is easy to find and located in an area where it’s convenient to get to other parts of Hutchinson., Walgreens, Scooters , convenient stores close.

A Great Place in Hutch

The house is beautifully appointed, the beds are comfortable, plenty of seating for the 5 of us, the kitchen well set up, the back deck is a bit of heaven............we loved it!!

Beautifully decorated "farmhouse" ranch in a quiet and clean neighborhood.

The house was very cozy and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the extra little touches made us feel right at home. I wish we had had a little more time to spend at the house. It was very warm and inviting. We will definitely be renting the home again when we need a place to stay in Hutchinson.

September Stay

The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and as all the reviews have described. The decor is tastefully done with a very homey feel. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe! I would highly recommend this property to anyway looking for a relaxing stay. Communication with the owners was excellent also. Great home - we loved it!!!

a little bit of luxury on the prairie

There are four things that I look for when booking a rental: 1. close to nature 2. fully equipped kitchen 3. comfortable beds 4. internet This rental came with all 4. It is close to Quivira NWR, TNC Cheyenne Bottoms, and Tallgrass Prairie Preserve (KS). The kitchen had almost all the kitchen items found in your own home excepting a keurig instead of a coffeepot, and no toaster. The beds were top notch and the internet was fast. Some of the most pleasant aspects were the outdoor spaces: a large deck, comfortable on even the hottest days, and front and back porches. A communication issue regarding locking the door was resolved relatively timely. To those who are concerned about privacy, there are cameras on the porch and one morning as I waited to resolve the locking issue, a guy on a riding lawnmower off the property blatantly stopped, pulled out his phone and took my picture. Other than that incident, it was a top quality rental.
