Excellent host, great communication, awesome proximity to the fairgrounds! Simple check in and check out. Always our first choice when coming to Hutchinson.

The home was big enough to accommodate our group of 9 comfortably. A very well equipped house with all the comforts of home. The beds were very comfortable with newer bedding and pillows. Plenty of towels and literally every toiletry need was available. Staying in the Hyde Park neighborhood was a big plus as well. Communication with our host was clear and efficient. Thanks for a great stay!

Clean property, large home. There were several extra furnishings available, k-cups, snacks, toothbrushes, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Really wish there would have been a washer and dryer available.

The host was excellent...over the top helpful. Christmas tree and decorations made our family Christmas almost as good as home. The coffee bar a favorite.

Very well stocked for kids of all ages. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. Wonderful communication. We were there for a wedding and our daughters and their families plus the bride and bridesmaids were in and out. Lots of space to be together.

Christmas Landing

We came to visit family over Christmas - this space provided everything we needed: spacious rooms, comfy beds and homey decor. Kitchen is well stocked (although we didn’t cook), with coffee bar and snacks. Close to downtown, nice neighborhood.

We are avid geocachers from Massachusetts. When it was announced that the annual GeoWoodstock was being held in Hutchinson Kansas we booked this house for our crew of 8. It was perfect for us! The 6 bedrooms gave everyone their own room. The beds were comfortable with snow white bedding. There were a generous amount of towels and wash clothes. Nice personal touches with items you might have forgotten, tooth brush, paste, Q tips, etc... We were pleased to see the kitchen stocked with coffee pods and tea, etc... The host was very receptive and answered questions quickly to ensure we had a great stay. Would highly recommend this property and Host. Paulette and Tim

Wedding family stay

This property was perfect for my wedding party to stay and all get ready at! Plenty of room to spread out but also large rooms to come together when we wanted. Room for the kids to play inside and outside the house. Plenty of beautiful spaces for my photographer to use as well on my special day! My only complaint is that there isn’t a walking path from the parking area to the front door which is the only door that guests can use. It rained the entire time we were there and the yard became pretty muddy so a paved path would have been really appreciated.
