We had an amazing stay at this house we have stayed at several different properties and this was very great everything was as described. Communication with the host was super easy! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your house

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the house! It was very comfortable and had many amenities! The backyard was amazing. We will definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our four night stay. Very comfortable home for us as we visited family in the area. Used the back covered patio quite a bit for morning coffee and one night during a thunderstorm. Quiet neighborhood with parks and river walking trails near by. Very good communication with our host. Would stay here again when we return to Hutchinson.

Lovely home with a lush yard. Fenced backyard with two covered patios. Bedrooms were very nice. We picked this property because it listed bigger beds. Lots of counter space in the galley kitchen. There was an area designated as a coffee bar. Two large living areas with plenty of seating. We enjoyed sitting at the expandable dinning table. Great home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend. The host was outstanding!

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The back yard was big for my kid to play in loved that it was fenced in. It was everything that they said in the listing. We will definetly stay here again.

The back covered porch and big fenced in backyard were perfect! We spent a lot of our time eating meals out there and letting the kids run off energy!

Place everything that was advertised and more. Rooms were nice, whole house is actually a lot bigger than the listing portrays and it’s a great place. Communication was top notch and overall the whole process was great. Will definitely be staying here next time I’m back up in the area!

House was perfect for us to come into town from KC and see family. Our lab loved the huge back yard. We would stay here again for sure. Kayla was quick to respond to questions. Communication was Excellent

Property was great for dogs with fenced in back yard. The rooms and house were very clean and accommodating. The host was very easy to get in touch with and answered all questions. Location was close to where we were hunting and the town had everything from food to Walmart very close by. Enjoyed the stay and the home. Would book again for sure.

Wonderful, dog friendly property close to the fairgrounds! Super clean house and the patio and backyard were magnificent! Great communication from the host. Any wait to book again next your for the annual Hutchinson agility club trial!!

The house was so clean! Everyone had their own bed. The backyard and patio were dreamy! We got to bring our dog which doesn’t always get to happen. They had delicious coffee pods for us. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Hutch!

This was both a business and social trip for us. There was plenty of room to set up my computer for work and to come and go to see customers in town. There was only two of us so we didn't need the basement and only used two of the bedrooms upstair. We had plenty of room for cooking and having a few family or friends over. The backyard was excellent but it was too hot to really enjoy on this particular trip. It is Hutchinson, Kansas in August so the heat was to be expected. We didn't have a pet but the fence in backyard would be perfect for that. The only thing we wish they would change is to put blinds on the front two livingroom windows that can be closed in the evening. We put towels over the bottom half of the windows so no one could see in when we were sitting on the couch in our jammies watching TV. Also, the sprinkler system needs to be adjusted so that our vehicle doesn't get soaked down every morning. We tried moving it to different spots in the driveway but couldn't escape the sprinkler. We had to dry off the vehicle every morning once the sprinklers shut off. Those changes would be nice, but neither issue is a deal breaker. We plan on renting this location again in the future.
