Upcoming Building Maintenance Notice - Please Read

Please note that the building management has scheduled important maintenance and resurfacing work for the walkways and balconies of all buildings. Building 3, where this condo is located, schedule is noted below:

August 18 - September 2: Walkway grinding phase. The unit can be rented and used during this time. However, construction noise is expected daily from 8 AM-5 PM, including weekends.
September 3-12: Walkway coating phase. The building will be completely closed to all guests and owners. Guests must check out by 5 PM on September 2. No access is allowed during this time due to safety and sealant curing.
September 29 - October 15: Balcony grinding for Stack 4 (our unit). The condo remains usable, but balcony access will be restricted while work is being done.
November 9-22: Balcony coating for Stack 4. During this phase, balcony access will be sealed off completely. Furniture will be removed and guests will not be able to step out until the coating fully cures.We're committed to being transparent and appreciate your understanding while our building undergoes these necessary improvements.
