Beautiful and convenient gulf front ground floor condo, with spectacular beach front views. Located at one of the most popular Orange Beach locations. Enjoy the emerald water and sugar white sands of Orange Beach at "The Breakers". Listen to the surf right outside your door. Watch the dolphins cruising by in the mornings.

You just can't beat the location! Three shopping centers within walking distance across the street. Beautiful golf courses and marinas all within a couple miles of your door. Great dining just across the street. This convenient ground floor unit has a fantastic beach front and pool view right at your doorstep. We also have another ground floor unit at The Breakers if your party needs another unit.

Beautifully decorated with fresh colorful paint. Spacious (1200 sq ft.) two bedroom, two bath, with queen sofa/sleeper in living area will comfortably sleep six. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Linens are provided, but bring your beach towels. No Singles under 25, No Pets & No Smoking.
- Renter must be at least 25 years old, except for married couples.
- No pets allowed

- Quiet hours are 10pm - 10am

Perfect Stay

The Breakers and this unit was a beautiful surprise. No over crowded common areas to worry about. The bottom floor unit was perfect. Literally, just steps from the beach.

The location is amazing. I loved that it’s on the ground floor and you can walk right out to the beach. The views are beautiful. My family and I had a wonderful time and will definitely rent this place again.

Love Orange Beach

We have stayed in this condo for about six years and other condos at the Breakers over 15 years… It is so convenient to the pool and to the beach and not have to haul your chairs, tubes, etc.

We loved this location. So great for elderly people. Just short walk to beach. Loved the ramp to the beach. Also patio was so relaxing. Will definitely go back again.

Wonderful Stay

Had a wonderful time, the location of this rental is perfect, and accommodation was flawless. This unit is very convenient to beach access and pool access. Unit itself is very roomy with all the necessities. I will definitely check for availability of this unit every year. Was a wonderful stay.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and the easy access to the beach. The kitchen was stocked well with cookware and dishes. There were plentyof towels and linens. There was a minor issue with the outlets not all being operable but everything else was perfect. 👌

THE BREAKERS—A GREAT PLAY TO STAY

Our stay at the ground floor unit was the ideal place for us senior citizens. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities in the condo, being able to just walk out the door to the beach, and the convenience to anything we needed right across the street. We hope to return next year and stay longer!

Spring Break 2025

Loved the ground floor condo! Great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Walmart right across the street. Noticed the washer/dryer was out upon arrival, but the owners had a brand new set delivered the next day! The only thing I’d say was the condo could have been a little more clean, the nightstands were very dirty but overall a good stay.

Great Location!

The condo had an amazing view of the beach and Gulf! Kitchen was stocked with everything you could want. Housekeeping could have done a much better job. Blankets were not washed between guests.

Awesome

It was my mother and 10 yr old son and myself and we wanted a vacation that we did absolutely nothing and not worry about hustle and bustle of being somewhere. And we booked this condo to do just that. It was awesome being ground level and steps from the beach. We lived sitting in the beach then coming back to sit and let my little one play on the grass area. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a bigger tv in living area as we had a couple days we were inside due to weather, and tv is on the smaller size. But overall we loved our stay. And hope to be back in future.

We enjoyed our stay at the Breakers unit 14!The condo was super clean, and surprisingly roomy for the square footage. I hate living out of a suitcase, so I especially loved that each room had dressers to hold our clothing and door hooks to hang towels. Booking, checking in, and checking out was easy.

The BEST location, ground floor and short walk to the beach.

This was our second time at this condo. While it is older and does need some minor cosmetic repairs/updates, this is such a good fit for our family as we have young kiddos. Walk right out to a well kept grassy area, super short walk to the beach, close to the trash disposal and parking, walking distance to the restaurant Coastal and super close to Walmart/other groceries. We had a fantastic stay. The host was super helpful and answered a call immediately (ended up being an issue with the neighboring hotel’s pool pump, and not ours). All great things here if you are looking for a simple, clean and relaxing visit to the beach!! Book this place!!
