Spring break with grandkids

Great location, clean condo, second floor perfect. Beds were comfy. Heated pool at Tower Two. Lagoon pool was not heated although brave grandkids explored one sunny day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us (myself, my husband, and our 1.5 year old son). We were here for the Ironman triathalon and our room was right above the finish line. Plus we had a stunning ocean view off our balcony! I would highly recommend this condo to smaller families or groups of friends.

Nice Little Break after the Holidays

We live in Michigan and it gets pretty gloomy in Dec & Jan. We enjoyed the resort amenities, the view of the ocean, and the many pools. We soaked in a lot of sunshine and made some good memories. All of the employees were nice & helpful. I'd stay again :-)

Great Time!

The unit was very clean and nice balcony view. I could watch my teenagers at the pool from the balcony, which was very convenient. Check in and check out was very simple. The resort has alot of amenities and staff was always very nice and accommodating! 5 stars! We plan to go back next year!

Excellent!

Edgewater did not disappoint. We have stayed here before and always enjoy our stay. Our unit was just as described. It was nicely furnished and clean as a pin. We will come again.

Only problem was could not get tv to work properly , like to watch live sports found none .

Lovely Stay

Great trip... Loved the condo ! Just the right size for me and my husband. Love that we didn't have to use the elevator and could just walk down the steps to the pool!

Long weekend for grandchildren

Property just as described. Clean and comfortable. 3 adults, 2 children. Worked great for us. Would recommend. Very accommodating for checkin.

Ok place to stay but overpriced for what you get. Older condo needs updating.

I am sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay. We never heard any complaints or received any calls from you regarding any issues while you were here. And this owner keeps this condo fairly updated so if you would not mind letting us know exactly what you thought needed attention? The price is fairly high during peak season and also Edgewater is a full amenity resort. Perhaps a standard condominium would be a better option for you or to travel during the off season.

Excellent Place to Stay

Stay at the Beach Rentals was so accommodating. We had an excellent room that was beautifully furnished, and we felt very taken care of by the company. We will for sure be repeat customers!

This property was fantastic for the price. I loved the low story and the beachfront view.

The condo was clean and pretty updated. The resort is great with lots to do without ever getting in your vehicle, which is a huge plus because there's a ton of road construction going on this summer. The only reason I didn't give the property 5 stars is because it's a tiny bit dated, but considering that it's located in the older part of town, it's very nice! I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Nice place

The room was clean and comfortable. Great view. Fully furnished with cooking utensils and dishes. View of ocean from room. Covered balcony. We enjoyed our stay.

Paradise

I think this is our 5th year in this condo and we've been very happy with it. You won't find any better managers than Erica and Carla at Stay At The Beach Rentals!
