1041 Sparrow Pond cottage is a favorite vacation spot on Kiawah. Nicely appointed furnishings, newer floors and Stay connected with free wifi.

We will allow a dog with up to $200 damage deposit able to be charged up to 2 weeks after your vacation.

This is a great pet friendly West Beach gem. Located within steps of Sparrow Pond pool and very short walk to the beach. House is a nice 3bd/2bth cottage great for us as four adults. Bunks in guest bedroom would sleep more kids. Very clean with a very responsive host. Nice functional galley kitchen and large screened porch to relax outside without bugs. Dining area perfect for meals and intense card playing. Gas grill is great for outdoor cooking. We have vacationed at Kiawah for over 20 years-NEVER a bad time! Will definitely stay again when returning to KI. Thanks Susie!

So glad you had a good time. Potential renters please note that this cottage is about a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. It is a little farther than "steps from the beach".

Relaxing stay in great location

Cottage was very clean and consistent with the pictures and description. Location was only a few minutes easy walk from the beach which was great. Our stay was very relaxing and Susie was very responsive. Definitely recommend.

Lovely rental. My wife and our dog stayed for 5 days last minute decision. Management was very responsive, helpful and available for any concerns or questions. House is in a great location. Very convenient to the pool and access to the ocean. Just a short walk to both. Definitely will stay there again.

Awesome spot!

We have rented many places in Kiawah over the years and this location was the best! Close to beach, golf, and walking paths. Would rent again.

Perfect Kiawah house!!

Not only was our stay amazing but the property manager was so helpful and accommodating! We fled from hurricane Helene and found this to be a home away from home. We have been staying in Kiawah for over a decade and this is our favorite spot!!

Great accommodations for a wonderful vacation

The cottage was clean and comfortable for our family of 5 plus the dog! Just a short walk to the beach or pool. No complaints!

Relaxing getaway!

The cottage (especially the treehouse-like screened sunporch) exceeded our expectations! The location was excellent, with the beach just a short walk away. Communication with the host was easy. We hope to make it back to this same cottage some day in the future.

Great stay at a great house

We spent a relaxing week walking to the beach, riding bikes and enjoying the tranquility of Kiawah. I would definitely recommend and we definitely will be back soon! Thank you!

Amazing vacation

We loved our stay at the cottage. The cottage is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the beach. I recommend this cottage as it is also dog friendly and in great condition. I would also like to thank the property manager Susie Oringel, she was quick to respond to questions.

Great vacation, great cottage!!

Loved our stay… great, convenient location. Exactly as advertised… Tidy, well-stocked kitchen, and the family room and bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect. Everything we needed for a great home away from home. Quick walk to the beach and fun runs to Freshfields. We’ll be back for sure!!!

Family Beach vacation

We had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful and the rental was clean and spacious. Susie made check in as easy as possible. Everything was wonderful!

Kiawah Nov 2024

Nice property. It is one of the older units at Kiawah, but it is well maintained. It is small for a 3 bedroom place, but it is cozy. Great location.

beautiful setting - close to beach. Not the fanciest of accommodations- but still very nice. Kitchen could use a bit of updates-( disappointing to have no can opener) Overall a great rental!

Great place only short walk to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is literally about a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Very nice and quiet neighborhood, and it's a stand-along place (no walls with neighbors). The place was clean and fully operational, as advertised. Also, great grill on the deck, loved the screened porch, and wonderful outdoor shower for after the beach. Highly recommend.

Since I loved helping people plan their vacations in the area, I obtained my South Carolina Property Manager's License and began a business - Kiawah By Owner.
