Dog friendly,3 bedrooms/2baths Oceanwoods Cottage, 100 yards to the beach

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the end of Eugenia Ave.east beach (450 Sea Rocket Court), this cottage located yards from the beach is the ideal family beach retreat! The cottage is equipped with wireless high speed internet. There is a TV in the living room and each bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom a queen and third bedroom two twins.

Adults and children can pursue their own interests with Kiawah renowned tennis and golf programs, 30 miles of bike trails, 10 miles of beach, nature oriented programs, nightly family entertainment and special holiday celebrations at Night Heron Park (5 min. walk). Casual and fine dining is available on the island (the Sanctuary, 10 mns. walk). Fresh Fields, a shopping village at the entrance of the island offers restaurants and convenient shopping for all your needs. A new bike trail has been opened to access Fresh Fields by bike ( 7 miles round trip!). Discover the island by walking or biking.

Only two cars parking allowed in the driveway in front of the house.
We do not offer our guests pool access!

We loved this property. Quiet street and only a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Cottage has everything you could possibly need to enjoy Kiawah! We will definitely stay here again.

It was a perfect place to be near the beach. It had also been recently renovated, and except for the stove, it was impecable. We had one slight toilet problem, but after a call to property manage, it was fixed in minutes. We are hopefully going to get the property again. It was also dog friendly and and Roxy had a good time.....

Excellent accommodation near beach

Great property, price was right for Kiawah, and near beach. Great family time, been coming for 18 years, and this was one of the most convenient properties to the beach. Golf was great!

This is our happy place!

We been vacationing in Kiawah for many years and were lucky enough to find this house. This is our 2nd time staying there and we'll be back! Great for families or friends and so close to the beach 🏖️

Great location!! Short walk to spacious beach!

Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice living room set up for families. Oceanwoods homes are the best value for beach proximity! Been staying in Oceanwoods properties for 45 years… a family tradition!!

Dog friendly great location

We’ve been coming to Kiawah for 25 years. We always love staying in OCEANWOODS. The location to the beach is awesome! And for the first time we brought our dog. We all had a blast!
