The Space:
Cozy yet modern one-bedroom apartment, with comfortable Queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed available in the living room for additional guests, spacious enough to fit 4 (ideally adult/children mix). Great for relaxed living and enjoying the island life to the fullest. There is a fully equipped kitchen with sit-up bar countertop, free Wifi, and comfy sofas and smart tv for those quiet evenings in. You can also enjoy your morning coffee in the shaded patio off the bedroom. Ceiling fans and central A/C to keep you cool through the days and nights.
Located next to a popular beachfront restaurant/bar, Coral Beach, you can enjoy all the fun daytime action and nightlife, or if you prefer your a quieter spot, you'll only need to walk a little further up the beach for peaceful relaxation.

Guest Access:
There is free parking available. Island Pine Villas shares a large parking lot next door. The complex offers a pool (plus loungers on the sundeck), a BBQ, and on-site coin operated laundry facilities.

The Neighborhood:
Our property is located in George Town, Cayman Islands, in the very popular Seven Mile Beach area. A short walk from the property, you'll find Camana Bay, a great hangout spot with boutique stores, a cinema, ice cream parlours, a bookstore, as well as many fantastic restaurants with outdoor patios. It's a well-designed place and interesting to walk around. Along West Bay Road (the main strip on SMB) there are many restaurant options (from fast food to fine dining) within a short distance, as well as supermarkets, liquor stores, diving supply and clothing stores.

Getting Around:
Local Buses will stop for you while standing at the side of the road. Most trips are $2 anywhere along West Bay Road. All taxi companies require a special license in Cayman and new hygiene regulations are in place to ensure every journey follows strict sanitation guidelines. However, car rentals are one of the easiest and most comfortable means of transport with rentals available at the airport. Grand Cayman is easy to get around and remember, driving is on the left. No two places are further than an hour’s drive apart, making exploring simple! If you've booked any tours you may not need it as most of the tour operators provide free pick up and drop off services.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that there has been significant beach erosion in the area recently with the passing of this season's hurricanes. Although the beach in front of the property is still accessible for lounging and swimming. You'll also find more beachfront just a short stroll north along the main road, giving you the opportunity to explore and experience the area.
