Come to our luxury condo on Cayman Kai in the Cayman Islands. Just 40 minutes from the airport in Georgetown-the quiet, peaceful side of the island. Relaxation and sun-filled days abound! Crystal clear waters and swaying palm trees surround you. Plus a jacuzzi and beautiful infinity pool are steps away from your backdoor.
This is a 2BR/2Bath condo in the newer Phase 2 part. Situated on the 2nd floor, it was previously owned by the developer of this complex. It features first-class furniture throughout, and is in impeccable condition. All the amenities one could ask for can be found here. Granite countertops, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer unit, and a fully stocked kitchen to name a few.
The master bedroom en-suite boasts a romantic canopy king-size bed with beautiful linens. A flat screen t.v. can also be found in here. A walk-in closet offers plenty of space for your belongings.
The 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed with flat screen t.v. Ample closet space is featured here-with 2nd bathroom located just around the corner from bedroom.
The Kaibo Yacht Club Restaurant and Bar are just steps away located directly on the beach. Daytime features casual dining, while evenings upstairs feature fine dining with crisp, white table linens.
The very famous and well known Rum Point Beach is a few minutes away. A beach side bar and restaurant can also be found here. All your favorite water sports are available.

This place is extremely AWESOME!

The location of this property can't be beat! Right on a secluded beach, it has an atmosphere of complete relaxation. The pool and hot tub were great and well maintained (I saw workers out cleaning everything each morning). When we were ready to explore, there is a dock about 100 steps away where we caught boats for different water excursions. It couldn't have been more convenient.The condo is well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, living areas were nice, but we spent the majority of our indoor time on the patio overlooking the beach (fantastic sunset viewing!).The reservation and check in process was super easy, and the host was very responsive to our questions.I HIGHLY recommend this property!

Lovely view

Large two bedroom, two bath condo with great view of the water. The kitchen was stocked with utencils, dishes, and spices needed for cooking. The washer, dryer, and drying rack was convenient. The property has a nice pool and whirlpool. The hammocks on the beach are a nice touch. There are water excursions that leave from the pier. The North side of the island is quiet

Most Excellent Condo

This condo exceeded our expectations. It is immaculate and has everything anyone could ask for in a vacation condo. It is ideally situated on a quiet part of the beach but within walking distance of the yacht club. The furnishings are very nice and the beds extremely comfortable. We wiil be back.

Great property and location

This condo was spacious for two people and very nice. The location was great. You need a car but we really appreciated the quietness of Rum Point. As long as you plan your grocery trips you are fine. Nice restaurant a few steps away, another 5 minutes drive, and another 25 minutes drive. The water is picturesque but due to jellyfish not very swimmable. About 10 minutes walk was much better and great snorkeling for starfish. It wasn’t until the end of our stay that we tried to check out the garage (thought it was owners only) but we could not get the small key to unlock it. Perhaps there were beach chairs? Would have been very helpful. Instead, we rented chairs at Public Beach so we could take in Seven Mile Beach. Terrible experience. Chairs crammed within 6 inches of each other. Noisy, no breeze, no view.

Absolutely no issues - as long as you understand that this is a remote location and you want a peaceful spot to relax and unwind this is a great spot and the condo is in great shape

Quiet, peaceful retreat

Highly recommended retreat away from the hustle bustle of 7 mile beach. I didn’t realize how close we were to Starfish Point (literally 100 yards). There is a great bar/restaurant next door that plays lively island music until they close at 8pm. The music is awesome, yet far enough away where it’s really just background music. We will be back.

BEAUTIFUL

I had been staying on the 7 mile beach area since the 80s. I decided to stay on North Side this year. I will never go back to stay on 7MB again. This condo was Perfect. This is how Cayman use to be. No traffic , just no people so relaxing. The bed in condo was soooo comfortable. Loved the view out the master bedroom. You won’t go wrong by staying here if you want quiet and soooo peaceful. I will be back at your condo next trip and I go to Cayman every year to see my x in laws and friends.

Great condo on the beach!!

This is a great condo right on the beach and next to the pool. We didn’t swim in the water because there were jellyfish so headed to the other side of the island for that. It’s on the quiet side of the island so if you’re wanting access to lots of restaurants and beaches, you’ll want to rent a car. Overall, we had a great time!!

Wonderful stay

The view from the condo was spectacular, just like the pictures. Furniture was very comfortable. Location is a little far from stuff, but perfect if you're looking for something quiet. Be prepared to drive if you're looking for restaurants or nicer beaches. Water out front of condos is not swimmable due to jellyfish. Pool at property was very nice. Condo could use some updating and deep cleaning but was sufficient for our stay.

Great place

Mitchell’s condo was more than we expected. It had a well appointed kitchen, phenomenal views, and a beautiful screened in patio to sit out on in the morning or the evening. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the location was amazing. Definitely on the quieter side of the island, which we appreciated. Would 100% stay again!

Wonderful vacation

We had a terrific stay. Mitchell (owner) was very responsive leading up to our vacation. The location is wonderfully peaceful. My family enjoyed the pool, the beach, the hammocks, starfish point, kayaking in the bioluminescent waters, and exploring other parts of the island — mastic trail, barefoot beach, spotts beach (sea turtles were great), seven mile beach, sunset house, cemetery beach, and we strongly recommend stingray sailing with Chip. Some updates in the condo would be welcomed, but we are a family that doesn’t spend much time indoors, so it was minor. I did not have cellular service, and that seemed to be the preferred method of contact for property management — it was relatively slow response to email. Overall, we were really pleased with our stay and would do it all again.

Family trip

We were very pleased with the property and the remote area was exactly what we wanted. We were a little bummed that Rum Point was closed for repairs. It was very nice to nearly have the entire beach to ourselves. There were a few small issues that property manager dealt with quickly. Overall, exactly what we expected and wanted.
