Spectacular Beach View Next to Fairmont El San Juan

Our apartment at ESJ Towers is located at a beachfront condo-hotel in Isla Verde Beach, a very popular touristic area of Puerto Rico. The beach is right on the back of the Condo Hotel. The swimming pool is still closed for repairs. We do not have the exact date of the reopening.
We have a prime location next to Fairmont El San Juan, walk to the casino, bars, restaurants, night live, music and close to car rentals, fast-food places, supermarket.
Of course the best beach in the north side of the Island Isla Verde Beach.

Also, this ocean view apartment has a comfortable kitchen, a spacious bathroom, balcony, air conditioning, 50" smart TV, high speed internet, gym, game room and more.
We are registered with Puerto Rico's Tourism Company.

Property advertised washer and dryer but there wasn’t one in the unit and that as one of the things we needed for the trip. Very nice and clean. Close to beach. Easy access and check in process.

Perfect escape

I am so grateful to have found this amazing condo to stay at. The view is spectacular. Everything was just as described and as seen in the pictures. Beach location is wonderful and also easy access to many great restaurants. El Pueblo supermarket was an easy walk away to purchase any essentials. The kitchen had everything you could need for food preparation. I hope to be back soon!

Great location and value!

This property is in a fabulous location - right on the beach. The beach has rentable chairs and umbrellas from local vendors and was enjoyable for our entire family.The pool deck was still under construction so we didn't get to see it.The property was clean, the AC was cool - we spent most of our time sightseeing and by the ocean!Great value for a great location!

Beachfront getaway

We had a wonderful week on vacation at this terrific property. The location is perfect, being steps off the property from the beach and short walks away from restaurants, grocery and shops. The kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare a full meal or just a quick snack. Toaster, blender, pots, pans, etc. Beach chairs and towels were provided and were much appreciated. We were completely satisfied with the property and the views from the balcony were gorgeous. Only thing to be aware of is that you are in close proximity of the airport, and being on the 16th floor, the sound of jets taking off can be distracting at times. This was a great vacation and we would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for a baecation

My boyfriend and I went for his birthday and we loved it! Great views, host is responsive, and location is everything. Close to Isla Verde Beach & great food spots. Also, CVS is down the street. Clean place that’s important.

Wonderfully beautiful stay ❤️

My stay was pleasant and met with all our needs. A wonderful view, comfortable beds, a very clean and pleasant room. The staff was extremely accommodating and management was very helpful with any questions we had. They met and satisfied all our needs. Puerto Rico is a beautiful wonderful place. I will revisit this location for many years. ❤️🙏🏼

ESJ Towers Isla Verde Puerto Rico

We had a great stay! Beaches are lovely. Lots of Tiki access. Fairmont hotel next door has great food and staff! Easy access to everything with Taxis outside Fairmont. Nice grocery store behind Chilis just a few blocks. Good restaurants on Main Street. Slept great. We used the small kitchen too. AC worked well. Beautiful view. Kind, available host! Five stars! Clean, great view!

Some issues with checking in were promptly addressed by owners. It's moments like this that determine the quality of the experience and they did great! Nice place with a great view. Very clean and well put together. I'll stay again.

Great location, awesome view. Somewhat disappointed that the property has no food or bar service. Pool is not open. No concierge service. Seems like it was a great place to be at one time. Staff are friendly. Rosa was always responsive... thank you Rosa!!

Excellent property

Beautiful oceanfront apartment with a balcony and view of the beach and airport. Our host Chimmy was extremely responsive and accommodating. The pool in the ESJ tower is still closed with no specific plan to open, but we were just happy spending the day at the beach. If you stay here recommend you rent a car and drive 45 minutes to Guavate for amazing Puerto Rican food. El Yungue rainforest also close by.

Great location and value

This is a nice little place with a small cooking area, full fridge and sink. The hallways of the building could use some TLC but overall still good. The lobby is very clean and open. The pool was down during our stay so no review there. Location is very good. Most everything is in walking distance. Very secure and great beach access. It’s not the El San Juan but it is a great value for the price. I would stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It's by the beach and all restaurants and stores are within walking distance. We asked the front desk about the pool and was not its not working. Although we did had a blast, people at the front desk were not friendly and rude. They are no longer available after 6 pm. They do have a laundry in the basement where the parking is but you need a plastic token which you need to purchase at the front desk, (again no one was available after 6 pm) laundry is open till 11 pm per the instructions.
