This is our go-to spot in Mammoth and it was nice being able to stay for a week. Plenty of amenities - good selection of clean pots/pans, washer/dryer, hair dryer (although, I always bring extra kleenex boxes - they don't usually keep those stocked). It's always clean and I love that it's pet friendly.

Very spacious. Kitchen was fully stocked nice grounds to the complex black bear on back porch. Only issue was the TV remote for the table. Box did not work at two change channel manually on the box.

The project was beautiful as was the unit. Everything was clean. There were some maintenance issues which we advised the rental company of, however they were unable to resolve during our stay. The unit was nicely furnished but could use a refresh of dishes and linen. There is no place to hang your clothes in the master bedroom. Perhaps the rental company might consider adding hooks?

We LOVE this complex as it is truly the most beautiful in mammoth. It’s our 4th time staying in a unit in this complex and our first at this place. A few quirks-the remote on the main tv is a big clunky thing that doesn’t work. We had to use tv in bedrooms since main room doesn’t work. There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms which would be nice to have and all our other units in complex have had. There was a fan in the closet but it didn’t work. Unit is very clean and spacious. Host was easy to text with.

Perfect for Four

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean. Beautiful view. Huge kitchen. Great mud room and laundry.

The condo was as described on the website. The layout, chef’s kitchen, comfortable living area, large mud/laundry room and garage were excellent.The only downside was the challenge with getting the viewing system up and running. Once it finally connected it was comprehensive and useable.

Always a great stay

It's a comfortable stay in a great location. It's always very clean and really appreciate that, especially given that this is a pet-friendly unit.

Best Mammoth vacation

We’ve vacationed in Mammoth for many years and this was the best stay yet. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. We hope to stay here again on our next vacation!

Great house and location! Almost no amenities that you’d find in most rental properties- coffee, extra blankets or pillows. A ton of rules with the house and had to basically do half the cleaning service yourself before you leave. Lovely space though!

Nice stay at Lodges

The place was comfortable and fit our family of 5 well. The extra bathroom in the main area was nice and the place was very convenient to Eagle Lodge and the Village.

Great place, very clean!

This is by far the cleanest place I've stayed in Mammoth. I appreciate it even more because it was a pet-friendly unit, and it was spotless! Great location, nice amenities, very comfortable and cozy.

Beautiful place to stay

We were very comfortable staying here with our twin 5 year olds. After morning hikes and activities the condo was perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. The kids loved playing in the back and looking into the pond. We love the location it is beautiful and close to The market and other stores.

Perfect size and location

The condo amenities were perfect for our group. The Lodges are a beautiful complex, and this condo did not disappoint. Dog-friendly is a huge plus for us. The condo is nicely furnished and it has all the amenities you would need.They only item that would have been more helpful is a garage door opener.

Nice place as advertised. Complex is quite and located 1 mile from everything.

Great time once again in mammoth during summer. Had minor maintenance issue that was handled right away.

Spacious, comfortable condo

This property was really spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out and host dinner. It's also the first stop on the bus line. Mammoth was a terrific mountain - we will definitely come back!

Great location and a beautiful unit.

Comfortable unit with all the necessities. We enjoyed staying in this unit because it is located in a very beautiful setting near mountains, golf course, bike paths, Mammoth creek, etc. The unit had plenty of bathrooms and space for us.

The house was nice and spacious for my family of four. However, the oven was broken and the BBQ (which was shown in the pictures) was no longer available. This was a major issue for us, as we had planned to cook meals at the house and were instead forced to eat out most of the time.
