Welcome to Kassy’s Place – Your Romantic Escape in Hochatown
Located in the exclusive Lost Creek Development in the heart of Hochatown, Kassy’s Place is just minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, the Ouachita National Forest, and all the best local attractions—without the hassle of getting lost. This beautiful 2,622 sq. ft. cabin, built by Kevin and Krissa Perry (owners of Lost Creek), features ample gravel parking, including plenty of space for a boat.
Thoughtfully designed for couples, this luxury one-bedroom suite opens into a warm, open-concept living space with stunning post oak hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and a 65" Smart TV paired with a Bluetooth sound bar—perfect for relaxing nights in.
The master suite is the highlight of the cabin, featuring a king-size bed with plush bedding, a 58" wall-mounted Smart TV, and an elegant, spa-like En Suite bathroom. The bath includes marble dual vanities, soft dimmable lighting, a floor-to-ceiling glass shower, and a soaking tub positioned in front of a large glass wall that looks out onto your own private outdoor shower—accessible only through the bathroom and enclosed by an 8-foot privacy wall, open to the sky for a truly magical experience.
The gourmet kitchen boasts black stainless-steel KitchenAid appliances, marble countertops, a drawer-style microwave, and a full coffee bar with a starter kit to ease into your mornings. Just off the kitchen, a full laundry room includes everything you need during your stay.
Step through the master’s French doors to the large covered deck—your private patio. Enjoy the stainless-steel grill, outdoor seating, a cozy gas fireplace, and a 65" Smart TV with a Bluetooth sound bar—ideal for movie nights or music by the fire.
Nestled under the trees, the outdoor fire pit (with firewood provided) invites intimate evenings under the stars. For a bit of fun, challenge each other to a game of HochaLife corn hole on the deck or in the yard. Finally, soak the day away in the four-person hot tub while taking in the peaceful surroundings.
Whether you're celebrating a honeymoon, anniversary, or simply in need of a quiet getaway, Kassy’s Place is the perfect setting for a romantic retreat you’ll never want to leave.
*** Notice *** - We have one Blink Surveillance Camera just to the right of the front door showing the front door and driveway.
*** Notice *** - Due to freezing weather, the outdoor shower is only in service from March to about November.

I can’t say enough good things about this house.First impression: Having stayed in places where the owners were too cheap to leave even a 50‑cent roll of paper towels, this owner went above and beyond. In addition to necessities like paper towels and toiletries, there was bottled water, popcorn, and even a s’mores kit waiting for us.The house was very clean and well maintained. Sitting on the back porch watching TV, you can see deer grazing — we saw a doe and her two fawns come through several times. There’s a fire pit with wood supplied, as well as fireplaces inside the house and on the back porch. Since it was 101 degrees during our stay, we didn’t take advantage of those, but they’re great features. The only thing I would change is adding a half bath or some kind of separation between the toilet and the rest of the bathroom. With only two people it’s easy to work around, but it would be more convenient when getting ready to go out if there were a bit more privacy.

Kassy's Place was completed in November 2019 by Kevin & Krissa Perry. We both grew up around the Paris, TX area in small towns. We both graduated Paris Junior College with Associates Degree's in Nursing. We have had a vacation home in Hochatown since 2007 and have been coming to Hochatown and Broken Bow Lake area for many years prior. We have worked in the Healthcare Industry since 1992 and owned our own business since 1994. Healthcare being our primary business we have also worked in commercial and residential real estate since 2001 and a retail business since 2014. We have had the privilege of having spent a lot of quality time with our family and friends and have made some great memories in Hochatown over the years. One particular was watching our son and his friends grow up there spending many days on the lake and in the woods. With the recent growth we have seen in the area there are so many more things to enjoy, but not to many beat spending the day on the lake or a hike through the woods then ending it sitting around a campfire making s'mores and telling stories.
Hochatown and the lake area is such a family-oriented place where you can spend time unwinding, and reconnecting. Having owned our own business, we really needed a place to go to de-stress and just get away. There were even times when we were hesitant in going to the Cabin but as soon as we pulled into our drive it was an instant relief and could almost feel the weight lifted off our shoulders. My wife and I would always look at each other and at the same time and say, “I’m glad we came”. We have had the privilege of traveling to many places around the world and we always enjoy coming back to our cabin in the woods in Hochatown, OK and living the HochaLife!
