Waterfront charming cabin w/ private boat dock

Get away from the city to this charming 2100 sq ft cabin on Lake Palestine.
- Unique pine cabin interior, mostly sourced and milled from the property itself, with big window views of open water!
- High speed internet, Directv, and completely furnished with all linens and kitchen items
- Stunning views of the beautiful East Texas pines and waters of Lake Palestine from all main rooms.
- BRING YOUR BOAT - private boat dock with lift outfitted for a pontoon/tritoon. Bumpers along the side to tie up other style boats overnight. Community boat launch is on our street within walking distance.

PLEASE NOTE house rules and guidelines prior to booking!

2 bedroom (plus loft with 2 queen/twin bunkbeds) and 2 bathroom home on Lake Palestine. A large patio spanning the width of the home is perfect for outdoor dining or viewing the sunrise and sunset. Hot Tub available in cool weather months September-April **HOT TUB CLOSED MAY-AUGUST**. Fish or swim off the end of your private boat dock complete with a boat slip, sea doo slip and fish cleaning station!

Guests have access to the entire house, patio and boathouse storage. The carport storage is not available for guest use.

Peaceful family retreat!

This beautiful home is a peaceful get-away on the lake! Very comfortable for us all including my elderly aunt who has limited mobility. We will be back when we are out to visit her next!

Great Get-A-Way

This home is an excellent vacation home. It has a great layout for couples and families. It has a unique set-up having 2 Master bedrooms with both bathrooms accessible from the bedroom and hallway as well. Very well stocked. The hot tub facing the lake was amazing!! The owner is very responsive to all communications. If I could give it 6 stars I would!!

Relaxing lake getaway

Fantastic weekend getaway

Beautiful property that made for a peaceful and joyous birthday celebration weekend. The hot tub was perfect! Boathouse and deck made for beautiful sunset watching and even jumping in the lake. Well appointed kitchen and super comfy furniture rounded out a great vacation rental.

Beautiful stay inside and out for friend getaway

View from the home and details of the interior exceeded our expectations from the pictures online. Our host was quick and courteous to respond to a couple of our questions during our stay , a wonderful stay and would come again!

Cozy Cabin

Very nice cabin. The road into the property is a little rough, but the properties on the lake are very nice (this cabin included). Clean and stocked, nicely decorated, comfortable. A nice stay.

Relaxing stay at a beautiful location!

Our family of 5, with 3 young boys, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Southern Breeze. The house & dock is set up perfectly for enjoying time on Lake Palestine & for trips into Tyler. We caught many fish & enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you for everything!

Outdoor experience

We were there to join family at Emerald Bay. We really enjoyed the lake view and the fishing have the fabulous boat dock. All we need was there for both inside and out so de comforts. We will defiantly keep this lace on our top priority list of places.

A little slice of heaven

We absolutely loved staying here. It had everything we needed to accommodate our family of 10. My kids and grandkids enjoyed the HUGE back yard. The hot tub was nice even in 100+ temperatures. My guys enjoyed being able to fish anytime and even caught a few fish. We will definitely be looking to book again in the future. Just a small slice of heaven!!

Adorable Place

Such a cute place, I loved the rustic feel on the inside. Hot tub was defiantly a plus. This trip with just myself, my husband and my parents. The guys fished every day with success. Came home with several bags of crappie. Will defiantly keep this place in mind next time we need a quick getaway!!

Friend Reunion

Southern Breeze provided a wondrous stay for our family and our friends.' With four adults and six kids, we met the limit quickly, but never felt overwhelmed or cramped! The kids adored being outside on the back deck and in the yard, playing ball!! The breezeway parking made unloading in the rain wondrous!! And taking home clean laundry is absolutely icing on the cake!! ••My ONLY suggestions are to bring non stick skillets and spatulas from home, but other than that, every other possible item you'd need, is provided!! We have the highest recommendation for retreating at Southern Breeze!!

LAKESIDE RETREAT

Driving in the neighborhood to the house is ghetto to say the least until you get to the lakeside. The homes along the lake are beautiful and well maintained. Neighbors were friendly and we even had a cat that came around when we were outside. I can't wait to stay again for next years fishing tournament

Beautiful home on the lake!

The house is just as described. It is very clean and every supply you could need is there. The view of the lake is beautiful! The owners are very communicative and helpful. We hope to go back. The boat lift is for a pontoon boat so we had to park our boat off to the side which was not an issue as there is lots of space. Highly recommend!!

Birthday party

It’s was very relaxing. Very clean and had goodies in a basket! Got to enjoy fishing swimming and playing board games! It was so nice. I recommend if you want to get away and relax this is the place to rent! Jessica was super sweet and nice! We plan on renting again in the future! I don’t think I could say one thing negative about it. It was nice!

Lake Palestine Getaway

We absolutely loved this property! The house is clean and comfortable will many nice welcoming touches like candy for game night and a bottle of welcoming wine. The grounds are beautiful and the lake is spectacular. We brought our boat and it fit perfect in the boat house! It was so nice to get away from the worries of the world (pandemic) - we hated to leave! I have rented many homes from VRBO over the years and this is one of my favorites! THANK YOU

Beautiful home and perfect location!

The home is even better in person which is rarely the case. Elegant yet homey and appropriate for the lake. And the owner has added so many welcoming touches - welcome basket, movie & game night goodies, etc. The only negative was there is no dishwasher but everything else is so perfect that we would still rent again. If you’re planning on big meals, plan on paper plates and plastic utensils. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us!!

Good Stay

All and all our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. Lake Palestine is a beautiful and low traffic lake and the location of the property is ideal. After pulling through the community security gate, we began to wonder if we made the right decision. The security gate is not needed, and is misleading., because the community was a bit scary. Once you get to the property (4miles later) the surrounding lake front properties are MUCH NICER, but you will feel the need to lock your doors at night. The home was nice, well equipped and for the most part clean. I would recommend to the owner the need to clean ceiling fans. The stay was relaxing and the fishing was good..

Quaint and Cozy

This property was perfect for our family. We were picking my son up from Pine Cove camp and decided to spend some time on lake Palestine. The house was as described and very cozy. Well equipped kitchen for big foodies (knives could used sharpening), she had cute snacks for us when we arrived. Very charming! Pool towels were provided. AC works well. Directtv and Netflix on the tv made it easy. Great spot on lake - no stumps around this spot - and pretty close to the boat rental spot. My kids really enjoyed the “hot tub”, even in summer, you can use it without it being on and still feels great. The gas grill was also great, and it was nice to have extra fishing poles for kiddos to use. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great lake experience!
