Relax in this fabulous 3 story lake house in a remote setting on Lake Palestine (20 minutes from Tyler, 2 hours from Dallas). This all cedar, modern-style home offers one king, one queen, 2 full size and 3 twin beds. There are 2 full baths, full kitchen, outdoor grill with propane provided, large outdoor deck and the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see! Amazing boat house with a jumping platform. There is a boat ramp to unload your boat that you will pass by on the way to the house that you are able to use.

Surveillance around the property is included to make you feel safe and for all of your lake toys.

Needing a boat rental? We recommend East Texas Boat Rentals!

Needing more space? We have a lovely 1 bedroom tree house on our property that can accommodate up to 4 more guests. Has a full size pullout couch and a full size bed. Message owner to rent out for an additional fee. Must be okay with walking up/down steep stairs, as the bedroom is a loft room.

Excellent stay!

Beautiful home with large windows and views, sunset was great overlooking the lake and dock. Outdoor seating plentiful and the grill worked great. Would stay here again!

This was our 2nd time vacationing here. The house is perfect for our family - lots of room, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds but the best place to be is out on the dock enjoying the lake. We all had a great time and are already looking forward to next summer.

Great location on the lake

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at the lake. The house comfortably held our crew of two families with 6 kids total. Our kids loved fishing and jumping in from the deck. The house has a great view of the lake with quiet neighbors. It was our first stay on this part of the lake - it's a gem and we would love to visit again!

Spacious and comfortable

This was our groups’ 2nd stay at the Lake House. And again, it didn’t disappoint. We are a group of 8 men who play 3 rounds of golf in 3 days and we all stay at the Lake House. The house is extremely large and big enough for all 8 of us to be comfortable and happy. We all had enough beds as well. The back deck is huge as well with several levels for just relaxing and enjoying the sunset. We also enjoyed using the grill to cook out one night. The boat dock has seating space as well and we enjoyed having some adult beverages out there just chilling out after our rounds of golf. This place fits our needs perfectly and we will definitely be back again. In short, we love the house, love the location, and our host communicates very well when you need it. Thank you again Steph!

Hubbys 40th

I invited our close friends out for the weekend to celebrate my husbands 40th with us. The house was really cool. Plenty of room. And the views of the lake were amazing. The guys all enjoyed the spacious yard and played hours of corn hole and bocce ball. The house was so clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We just had to bring groceries. We truly truly all enjoyed our stay. Thank you

As great as always

Love this place! This is our 3rd time here with the same group. I feel like a broken record. Perfect house with plenty of space for 8 men on a golf trip. We each had enough room to sprawl out and hang out. We did have to contact the property manager because we were out of propane, she was on the spot and replaced when we needed it. Thanks again!
