Relax in this fabulous 3 story lake house in a remote setting on Lake Palestine (20 minutes from Tyler, 2 hours from Dallas). This all cedar, modern-style home offers one king, one queen, 3 full ( 1 is a couch fold out) and four twin beds. There are 2 full baths, full kitchen, outdoor grill with propane provided, large outdoor deck and the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see! Amazing boat house with a jumping platform. There is a boat ramp to unload your boat that you will pass by on the way to the house that you are able to use.

Surveillance around the property is included to make you feel safe and for all of your lake toys.

Excellent stay!

Beautiful home with large windows and views, sunset was great overlooking the lake and dock. Outdoor seating plentiful and the grill worked great. Would stay here again!

Great location on the lake

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at the lake. The house comfortably held our crew of two families with 6 kids total. Our kids loved fishing and jumping in from the deck. The house has a great view of the lake with quiet neighbors. It was our first stay on this part of the lake - it's a gem and we would love to visit again!

family vacation

This was our 2nd time vacationing here. The house is perfect for our family - lots of room, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds but the best place to be is out on the dock enjoying the lake. We all had a great time and are already looking forward to next summer.

Hubbys 40th

I invited our close friends out for the weekend to celebrate my husbands 40th with us. The house was really cool. Plenty of room. And the views of the lake were amazing. The guys all enjoyed the spacious yard and played hours of corn hole and bocce ball. The house was so clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We just had to bring groceries. We truly truly all enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Great venue

As great as always

Love this place! This is our 3rd time here with the same group. I feel like a broken record. Perfect house with plenty of space for 8 men on a golf trip. We each had enough room to sprawl out and hang out. We did have to contact the property manager because we were out of propane, she was on the spot and replaced when we needed it. Thanks again!

Nice, clean and as advertised.

As advertised. Owners expect no loudness complaints as this is a quiet small neighborhood and I’m betting they have had noise complaints in the past. Clean, well taken care of and had all the little extras so you aren’t running back to town for little things. Owners have quick response to communications. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location and property to stay at!

A little piece of heaven

My family of 7 stayed here (including five kids from 7 to 18) during the last week of May. It was a little piece of heaven. The house feels like a large mountain cabin. Plenty of room and put together very nicely. The location on the lake was perfect. The kids swam in the lake all day and especially loved diving off of the platform. We rented a pontoon boat and were able to bring it to the dock. The kids swam all day, relaxed in the swing and enjoyed s'mores at the fire pit. We enjoyed dinner on the deck, watching the sunset, and seeing the stars at night. House had everything we needed - including beach towels! Host was gracious, quick to communicate and had clear instructions and nice touches. There was a scheduling issue with Vrbo but the host was gracious with concessions. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing spot for our family vacation. It truly was a dream.

Spacious and comfortable

This was our groups’ 2nd stay at the Lake House. And again, it didn’t disappoint. We are a group of 8 men who play 3 rounds of golf in 3 days and we all stay at the Lake House. The house is extremely large and big enough for all 8 of us to be comfortable and happy. We all had enough beds as well. The back deck is huge as well with several levels for just relaxing and enjoying the sunset. We also enjoyed using the grill to cook out one night. The boat dock has seating space as well and we enjoyed having some adult beverages out there just chilling out after our rounds of golf. This place fits our needs perfectly and we will definitely be back again. In short, we love the house, love the location, and our host communicates very well when you need it. Thank you again Steph!

Getaway Golf Weekend

property was very good for our group, several retired professionals getting together for a long weekend of golf. The property manager was very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the weekend.

This place is as see. Our family loved it. The sunset is unbelievable. Probably the most beautiful view... the kids loved the boat house. The swing and fire pit is perfect. Great stay!!!

Relaxing

A beautiful setting at a calm relaxing property. Great year round, fishing in all seasons with mild Texas winters, water sports in warm weather. We specifically enjoyed time on the deck in the cool mornings.

Beautiful Lake House

The house was perfect. It is not overly impressive on the drive up and from the front, but the inside and views out back are spectacular. Rear faces west over the lake making for perfect sun sets. The inside is very spacious and comfortable. We had four guys for a golf trip and all of us were able to sleep in a comfortable private room. Stephanie was great and even let us access the house early to drop food in the fridge before our golf that day. The boat house and dock seem brand new and are gorgeous. Highly recommend for any group looking for a lake getaway!!
