Welcome to this newly renovated Non-Smoking 2 Bedroom/2 Bath ocean-view condo located in Sandy Shores II (with an elevator!). The location of this condo is ideal. Only a block off the beach, which makes for a short walk, just 60 steps from the corner! Enjoy the ocean views from the balcony, a great place to start your day with some coffee, without paying double the price. If you want a break from the beach then make your way down to relax by the pool, just a few short steps away, or maybe spend the day at the Garden City Pier just a mile south. The open floor plan allows for easy entertainment and access between the kitchen, dining, and family room. The condo has been widely renovated with new bathrooms, new paint, lighting/electrical fixtures, and beautiful furniture that is perfect for a beach side paradise. Great property, fantastic location

When we arrived the property was clean and obviously well maintained. It is close to the beach making it easy to walk down whenever we felt like it. It has a cheerful and beachy vibe that made us feel comfortable hanging around when the weather wasn't so great. The view of the beach was just ok but we could easily see the beach and waves to assess the condition of the waves and how busy the beach was when we were preparing to head down. The property has a great location and it is within walking distance (about a mile) from the pier, shops, a couple restaurants, and an arcade. About 1 to 2 miles away in the other direction are several great restaurants with plenty of choices of food as well as a new ice cream shop/ gift shop. Myrtle beach proper is close enough for you to enjoy all the attractions there as well. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend it. I feel that it is a great place for a family with several children or a couple teens that would like to enjoy a classic beach experience. I would also say that the overall value is much better than the other properties we considered staying at.

Excellent stay

We LOVED staying here. The condo was very clean and stocked well. Having the beds for all three kinds was great! You are directly across the street from the beach and it’s so easy to go right down and get there. Only hard thing was the parking. We have a suburban and it was very very tight parking under the condo building. We did get the street parking sometimes but it was definitely the preferred parking so be prepared for a couple point turn if in a large vehicle. The hosts were great to work will and very helpful! I’d come back here and stay for sure!

Great family place

Great place for the family ,clean upon arrival, great area near the beach, the only thing is the parking, only 1 spot per unit, we had to park our other vehicle at the walmart about 2 minutes away, we made it work. Would stay there again.. The host were very easy to communicate with, had no real problems, would recommend this place. Less Eudy

Perfect Ocean Getaway!

Great location! Clean, well maintained space perfect for couples or families. Walk directly across the street for beach access. Nearby to local stores. Enjoyable amusements nearby at the Pier. Many fine restaurants in the area. Kara is super-responsive and returned messages quickly. Highly recommend this if you love the beach and all that the area has to offer!

Clean and Comfortable

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is a short walk to the beach and in a convenient location to local restaurants. Very clean and homey - with nice beach themed decor. We had a question regarding WiFi and the property owners were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place!

Winter Get Away

Condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We were close to the beach. Our only issues were that we could not get local news on the TV, and we had no access to recycling for our paper and plastics.

Surfside was great!

Beautiful condo, very clean and great communication. My only issue was parking I wish we would’ve known before hand that we had to park in a very tight space under the units. We have a large suburban so every night we had to make sure we were back to get an outside Space and there were very few of those, so we usually just couldn’t leave In Fear of losing the only space our vehicle would fit. Otherwise our stay was great!

Gorgeous Condo with Fantastic Views

I highly recommend this condo. It is very clean and well kept. The owners are extremely nice and quick to respond. My family and I stayed for an entire week and we had no issues or problems. There was a bad storm during our stay and the owner was kind enough to check-in (via message) and make sure we were okay. The area is beautiful and the views are fantastic. The beach is very clean and family friendly. The community is very nice and neighborly. If you 're looking for a place to take your family then this is it. Many wonderful memories were created during our stay here. I cannot wait to go back!

Great vacation!!

This was our first time staying in garden city beach area for our family vacation and we loved it! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The new bathroom updates did not disappoint for sure, the rain shower head has me thinking we need to renovate our bathroom! Plenty of room for our family of four and the elevator was awesome! In the past years none of the condos we have rented had an elevator and taking luggage up and the wagon down the stairs to the beach was always exhausting so the elevator was much appreciated. The area was nice we were close to Myrtle beach if we wanted more shops but also away from the crowds on the beach. Being across the street from the beach access was also one of the best features, no piling up wet and covered in sand in the car to drive home! If you are thinking of renting this condo don’t hesitate you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much for sharing your vacation home with us!! Our family loved it and have great memories!

Great area very close to the beach and quiet

We had a great stay at this property. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your place. The kids had a great time both at the beach and in the pool. We loved that it was such a short walk to the beach and that we could get to and from the beach only having to cross one street. The only issue was the parking which I know is out of the owners control. I knew we were only allowed one spot but I was already down there for a golf tournament and my family came down to meet me. I ended up just parking my truck at the airport so all was fine. Thanks again for a great experience for me and my family!!

Long Weekend

Great property! The weather was cooler than we anticipated so we didn't use the pool and only walked on the beach, but great access to the beach and very convenient. You are a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants which is very nice. The main road was very busy but right around the condo was awesome. We would definitely stay here again. All the decor was great and very inviting.

Our names are Matt and Kara Tettimer and although we absolutely love our home town of Calvert County (Southern Maryland), we also love vacationing to South Carolina every year with our family. After years of debating, we finally took the next step in owning our own piece of the beach and we could not be more excited about it. We hope to make many fantastic memories throughout the year with our kids in our new home away from home. Our wish is that you and your loved ones are also able to do the same. After vacationing to the Myrtle Beach area year-after-year, we know just how expensive it can be, so our goal is to provide an inviting space at an affordable cost so that your family can spend more time having fun and making memories!

We love this property because of its location. It is a small building just 60 steps from the beach and a 1 mile long walk to the pier, shops, and restaurants. The beach access is directly across the street and is Golf Carts only, therefore is not a busy beach access. This is truly the spot to be.
