Location is perfect! Beds and pillows were comfortable! Host was so kind to leave “forgot at home” baskets in both bathrooms with toiletries and other items! We were very pleased with everything about our vacation! Thank you Carol!

Wonderful location and host! Easy and quick access to the beach. Carol is a gem and her condo is everything we needed for our stay in Garden City. Lord willing, we’ll be back!

I can’t say enough about this stay! The host goes above and beyond (way more than any other rental we’ve ever stayed in). She is gracious and communicative. The unit is not only perfectly located, it is clean, adorably decorated, and has every amenity you need or may have forgotten to pack. For our first time in the Surfside/Garden City location we will definitely be back and be staying here. Chants UP!

Great location directly across the street from the beach and the beach access. This condo is perfect for small families like ours! Clean, well-kept, and feels like a home at the beach with all the coastal decor. We would love to stay here again!

The place was well kept, had limited beach view but was nice and close to the beach. Parking is tight with an SUV, so a car is better, however it does have dedicated parking which is a plus. Overall very good stay.

Location was perfect, we enjoyed being so close to the beach and having a pool available. The condo was stocked with a lot more amenities than other properties we’ve stayed at and I was glad we didn't need to purchase beach towels. We appreciated the personal touches and recommendations from the owner.

Wonderful Stay!

The condo was great — just as advertised. Owner was also so responsive when I had trouble working the door lock. We will definitely be staying there again!

Everything you need

Our stay here was perfect. Great location right across the street from a walkway to the beach. Right in between Surfside and Garden City pier. Our host was a 10 out of 10 that got back to us right away with questions or concerns. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Carols place was just a short walk across the road to the beach! There was even an ocean view from her balcony! Carol thought about everything from extra towels to beach toys to a spare birthday candle to celebrate our daughter’s birthday breakfast with. We enjoyed our time and hope to be back again!
