DETAILS:
This thoroughly charming 3-bedroom, 4-bath cottage located at 422 Pine Needle Way is the perfect blend of comfort, style and convenience. Quintessential bright white interiors combined with professionally-curated luxurious furnishings make this home the ultimate gulf coast getaway. A spacious front porch provides a warm welcome for guests in this home. The main living area features an open-layout floor plan with a spacious flow between the chef's kitchen, living, and dining areas. This floor also features the master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom with a shower in addition to another full bathroom for guests and sprawling screen-in porches.

Two additional guestrooms on the second level offer a variety of sleeping arrangements, each with an en suite private bathroom. The first guest bedroom features a king bed, access to a private porch, and an impressive private bathroom. The second bedroom on this level is a hosts two twin beds and private bathroom.

Outside, guests can enjoy the natural setting of WaterColor itself from the back porch, which overlooks a picturesque tree-lined backyard behind the private pool. Great House

I highly recommend this house and Sanders Beach Rentals. Sanders is the property management company that coordinate check in and and anything you need. They are top notch. They communicate timely and provided great information. We had a few items that needed to be fixed and they were onsite in under 30 minutes. The house is well represented by the pictures. It's very nice and in good shape. We stayed a week and loved it. It's approximately a mile from the beach, but with the golf cart that was nothing. We also road the bikes to the beach a few times. The golf cart is the best and most fun way to get around. The house is close to the grocery store and Seaside. We will definitely stay in this house again in the future. It was a first time to Watercolor and we really fell in love with it.

Wonderful summer trip!

This house and the neighborhood are beautiful. The house is very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Check in was super easy. We enjoyed having the golf cart for the week. We love how everyone drives them around in the community and nearby town. My grandchildren loved swimming in the pool at the house. The beach club and the beach access were very easy to get to. We would definitely visit again! A great time was had by all!

This was our first trip to Watercolor, and we were really impressed. The area is beautiful and this house is conveniently located to all amenities by a short bike ride or walk. We would love to come back again. We were talking about booking another trip before we finished the week in this wonderful property.
