Everything was fantastic: the space, the view, the communication, etc. Our family loved it. Breckenridge can be a hard place to find parking, but this house was along the bus route, which made getting around even easier. Would highly recommend.

Perfect home for families. Our family of eight loved the place. Extremely well equipped. Three spacious living areas and large kitchen gave us the opportunity to be close while also providing plenty of privacy. And the view!! We would definitely come back.

This home was stunning. Incredibly comfortable; our favorite features were the porches, the views, and the kitchen. The area we were in also features a lot of little trails and walking distance to downtown Breckenridge. We could also walk down to the bus stop for free transportation (bikes are available too!) Highly recommend this home for a Breckenridge visit. Communication was easy and checkout was a breeze. We could not get enough of the views. It was also delightful to be able to have the windows open for fresh air. Also the area is a designated dark sky, so get a cup of hot coco abd a cozy sweater for a night of star gazing.

We had an incredible time! The house was clean and beautiful, the views were amazing, the kitchen and rooms were well stocked. It was spacious enough for our extended family with a bunch of kids. We loved the hot tub, the fire pit, and the creek. The home is in a great location. We would definitely return. It does get a little hot in the house during the day in the summer, but they provided fans which helped some.

We loved our stay here! The view from the house was amazing. The walking path behind the house is lovely, and we even spotted 2 moose walking on it! The house was well stocked with every item we needed. 10/10 recommend staying here!

The house was clean, well stocked with everything you could need and had nice finishes and appliances. The location was awesome, close enough to walk to Main Street downtown or just a quick 3-4 min drive if you prefer. Also really close (quick 4 min drive) to the main town grocery store. The creek out behind the house made it sound serene and was a nice bonus. The views of the mountains from all the windows in the back of the house and from the deck and balcony were amazing too. The beds and linens were super comfortable and the house was stocked with lots of extra blankets, pillows and portable fans if you want a fan at night for sleeping. We would def recommend and stay again in the future!

Creekside Escape was an amazing experience

Magnificent Views

The sounds of the rushing French Creek coupled with the magnificent scenery made this VRBO stay incredible. The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for our family of 5 visit to Breck. The house was close enough to walk to town but felt secluded enough to have a great trip. Highly recommended!

Great House

The house is great and is in a great location. It is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Is about a 25 minute walk into town that is very easy to do. Also was easy to get an uber if you do not want to back up the hill to the house.

Great place! Would stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights for a girls weekend. It was wonderful!! The house was very clean and the kitchen was really well stocked. We spent many hours on the deck enjoying the views and listening to the creek. There is also a nice trail out back that takes you towards Main Street. The management company was very easy to communicate with, they were always very helpful and responded quickly. Would stay here again!

Our best trip yet!

Every year a group of my closest friends and family take a trip to Breckenridge to get some laps in on the mountain. This year was WITHOUT A DOUBT our best trip yet! The property owners were communicative and extremely helpful. The property itself had easy access to the free ride transportion system which made getting on the mountain a breeze. Very grateful for this crew - thank you!

Beautiful place, amazing view!!

If you need to stay in Breckinridge with a large group (or not!), this property is an incredible find!! Your group may be fighting over who gets the view in the main bedroom, but everyone can enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery from the main floor & deck! Kitchen is marvelous & roomy, & we all enjoyed the fire pit & the hot tub!! Very close to everything you need to see or do…. We will DEFINITELY stay again the next time we’re in Breckinridge, if it’s available…. 10/10 !!

Great property

Turned out to be larger than we needed. The master bedroom gets pretty warm in the afternoon and the lack of larger fans made getting it cooled down for the night difficult. Other than that, it’s a great house and location.

Escape from Texas Heat

This is the perfect house for a large family. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out. We were a group of 11 and never felt on top of each other. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil you could imagine. The house is decorated beautiful and the view from the deck is magnificent. We were a short drive from Main Street and 15 min from Frisco. The house was so nice we decided to stay in and hang out then we originally planned. If you are a large group this is the place for you.
