The staff was impeccable and the attractions we were interested in were close by. Was a very non stressful getaway.

This is a beautiful property and we loved the intimacy of the cabin and surrounding cabins. In the nighttime it makes for a romantic walk. It was close to about everything in the area. It made our Honeymoon be memorable. The train traffic was unexpected but there really isn’t anything to be done about that. We loved the place.

Everything was absolutely beautiful!! The cabin was very clean and cozy!!! We will definitely book this place again and would recommend to other people!

The property is ok, small cabin sleeps 4-6 but due to size there’s not seating for that amount in common area. Cleaning was ok- cob webs in the corners, flooring in the bedroom cracked and separating and there were ants.

Great vacation cabins

This was a great find and place to stay. Convenient to all the tourists attractions in the area. I would definitely stay here again when in the area. The cabins had everything that you could possibly need. Plus, we loved the hot tub.

Very clean and as described. Great location and access to Lookout Mountain as well as downtown.

Great location and complex. The individual cabin the we rented was in need of repairs. The floor in multiple places felt like it was going to sink in or break as you stepped on it. The hot tub jets did not work and the how to video showed a different model hot tub than what we had. This is a cool complex, I think the cabin we got this time was a little older.

Great location

Very easy check in. Great privacy at the cabin. Close to town but felt very secluded. The cabin had all the necessities and with the high ceilings for a tiny house concept felt larger

This was the perfect little cabin for our night in Chattanooga! We both agreed that we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more!

Had a blast

My girlfriend and I had so much fun! The cabin was great, very clean and had everything we needed. We already want to come back. We stayed in Kai. Hot tub was a plus!

Charming neighborhood!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay! The cabin was adorable and I appreciated that everything we needed was there. It was a close driving distance to town but felt rustic. The kids enjoyed playing in the park.

Quick Family Getaway

I would recommend this cabin and booking service to anyone looking for a great experience for relaxation. It was perfect for my family. We took a visit to Lake Winnie and it was not too far from the cabin. The communication and the cleanliness of the cabin was superb. We will be booking again for future visits.

One night stay

We stayed here as a halfway point to florida! We loved it but only had a few short hours there due to an accident on the way there that shut down the highway- so it was an expensive stay for 6 hours! But everything was as listed

Great vacation choice

The owners are great and very responsive. The location is great for the tourist attractions and close to town. Everything is practically new and well constructed. Do read the owners description about road and train noise. It was not an issue for us at all, but we're sure there will be people who ignore the notice then complain. Overall we thought it was a great place to stay and we plan to return in the future.

Timberroot 2023

We stayed last year and absolutely loved the location, so book again this year with this cabin. Cabin was great, had everything you would need. The only thing was the bathroom floor needs a little repair. Tile coming up near door. Other than that, everything was great.

Awesome sunsets!

The KAI Cabin was amazing! The hot tub is nestled, perfectly, to catch the most beautiful sunset I’ve ever seen. The cabin was cozy, clean and well maintained. The usage of this tiny space made it feel bigger than it was. I called to have the hot tub checked out to make sure it was working properly. They had someone there within 15 minutes! Very nice job guys! Impressive!!

The cabin was nice and cozy.

Everything was perfect. Property was beautiful, and very clean. Hot tub was clean and well kept, plenty of towels provided for both hot tub and showers. Loved they provided QR codes for the use of the heater system. Just wish the video provided was a bit closer up to tell what the symbols for the heat and air actually were, looked them up on the Mitsubishi Electronics website for help on that. Was a bit unaware of the sharp turn off the highway into the grounds, but got used to it after the first couple of times. The train was a bit close, but could not hear it inside the cabin, so did not interfere with sleep. Was wishing had stayed there longer!
