This completely rehabbed gem boasts every modern luxury imaginable. Dive into relaxation with your own private pool and hot tub, perfect for unwinding under the sun or stars. For indoor entertainment, indulge in endless fun in our game room or catch a blockbuster in the cozy movie room. As evening falls, gather around the fire pit area for s'mores and stories under the twinkling night sky. Outdoor cooking is a breeze with our fully equipped kitchen, ideal for al fresco dining and entertaining. Plus, with a paddle board rental shop and scenic walking trail just steps away, adventure awaits right at your doorstep. Experience the ultimate blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm at our luxurious retreat.

All linens included — sheets, duvets, pillows, bath/hand/face towels, pool & hot tub towels. No linen fee, no need to bring your own.

Pool heat: Free from 3rd Saturday in June through Labor Day. $99/night for shoulder-season stays (mid-April through Nov 1). Pool kept at 82°F; one day's notice required. Policy effective 2027.

The Chatfield was amazing , it had everything we needed to have a wonderful family vacation. The kitchen was well equipped . The lay out of the house was perfect. The hot tub and pool were great. The game room was the highlight for the children.

It was the perfect house for my family. Lots of open floor space for my crawling grandchildren, spacious and well equipped kitchen for meals at home and comfortable and plentiful seating indoors and outdoors. The pool was safely gated and the patio as well, so no worries about the grandchildren. Unfortunately, there weren’t sidewalks for safe walking around the neighborhood and to beach, so we got beach parking permits for both cars. Well worth it!

Great Stay for Family Vacation

We just spent a week at the Walk2Beach house in Chatham. The house was excellent. It has a modern, bright, open layout. The outdoor spaces and pool were a hit with the whole family. The location was great and very close to all the action on Main Street in Chatham.

Had an amazing time with friends at this house celebrating our 50th. Owner was responsive and place was very clean and just as described. Lots of room!

Clean and just as pictured

Our family of 5 enjoyed the Christmas holiday in Chatham at this lovely home. It is exactly as pictured. Clean throughout, well stocked kitchen, very prompt replies to any questions from host. Very easy check in and check out process. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Time

Apart from the basement being remarkably colder than the rest of the house, there is not a single criticism. The house was in an accessible location and convenient to beaches and downtown. The kitchen was well appointed. The house was clean and the linens were high quality. The deck, pool, and hot tub were convivial gathering spots for the family. We had a wonderful experience!

We had a great time with our family of adult children at this property. The home was very clean, well laid out and all was as described in the listing for the property. It had everything you would need to enjoy a vacation from the Kitchen, to the pool and hot tub to beach chairs and Umbrellas. The only thing I would point out is that while it is technically walkable to the beach, it is around a 20 minute walk and obviously you would not be doing that with a full load of beach items. But a quick few minutes drive to the Beach in a car was fine. Overall a very plesant stay.

Great location and house!

This place was great for a friends trip on the Cape! It was super spacious, newly renovated, and had everything we needed. Check in was easy, and the house was super clean. We loved the huge living spaces and kitchen, and the location was great. There were a few small things with it being freshly updated that we experienced (the lights in a few rooms didn't turn on), but nothing that hindered the overall experience. The host was super responsive though and offered to check on it all.

Magical Weekend

We were in the area for my daughter's wedding and wanted a house to accommodate our family and friends. The house was perfect and exactly as advertised. Spacious, newly renovated with all the bells and whistles needed to enjoy the week. Four bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms that are nicely appointed in addition to 2 TV areas, and a game room to keep people occupied fulfilled all of our needs. It was still too cool outside to enjoy the pool, hot tub, fire pit and BBQ area but we still had everything we needed to enjoy our magical weekend!

Hi Jim!We really did enjoy the house! It worked well for our family for sure. Lots of space, the kitchen is great, the downstairs fun and the family room cozy.A couple things:The faucet in the bathtub in the main floor bathroomhad a bit of a problem. Upon turning the water on, the whole thing almost like fell off, and pulled away from the wall. We only used that tub once.The french door out to the deck does not seem to lock. The dead bolt does not engage properly.The door to the main floor primary suite does not shut tightly. The door latch does not match into the door frame opening.We could have used an extra set of towels. It was fine though cuz we borrowed from the hot tub towels!Consider dish towels in the kitchen.Thanks for everything! It was a wonderful place to have all our family for my 70 birthday!!Best wishes!Peggy and Mark Mayfield

A perfect Cape Cod Vacation

We rented this lovely home for a week through the July Fourth holiday as a birthday celebration for me with my family consisting of six adults and my five grandchildren. We all agreed that the house was fantastic, as everyone was very comfortable with their rooms and ample space to accommodate eleven people, as well as my small service dog, who loved running off leash in the large fenced-in yard. We all enjoyed the pool, complete with floats and toys, and the hot tub to soothe our old bones. There was so much to do, unfortunately, we didn't have the time to do everything the house offered in one week. I guess the only downside was the proximity to the beach, as we had to use one vehicle to bring the beach chairs, etc, supplied by the rental property and ride bikes back and forth. Parking permits are available at the lot for a reasonable price of $20.00 per day or $75.00 per week. Life is short, so if you can afford it, just do it!

Fantastic Cape Cod house for a vacation stay! Close to local Chatham beaches, shopping and attractions. The house was very clean and had all of the amenities that we wanted. Amazing backyard setup featuring a private pool, hot tub, fireplace and outdoor dining area. The big living room, family room and kitchen give everyone plenty of space to hang out. We loved it and would book again!

It was a pleasure to stay at this house. It was clear it is a well cared for space and was clean and ready for our arrival. There were normal rental home glitches with lights and such but overall a super easy experience. The pool was great and clean and while we did not use the deck amenities, had the weather been better we could have lived out there. The AC on second floor has difficulty keeping up in the freak heat we were having but overall it was still very comfortable. A great experience, thank you.

Thank you for staying with us. We’re glad you enjoyed the house, pool, and outdoor space, and we appreciate the feedback. Regarding the lights, Paige did not notify us about the issue until departure day. During turnover, we noticed that four breakers had tripped. A couple of days prior, we had received a notification from Eversource that the area briefly lost power, so it appears the breakers tripped when power was restored. During turnover, we checked the panel, switched the breakers back on, and confirmed that all lights and breakers in the home were working properly. The HVAC system is newer and typically works very well. During this stay, the area experienced an extended stretch of extreme heat, and like many systems under those conditions, it took longer than normal to maintain the set temperature. We’ve since checked the system and confirmed it is operating properly.

Book this property! Over Easter weekend a group of 10 adults and 2 Boston Terriers had the pleasure of staying in this property. It was absolutely perfect for our group with plenty of space to spread out. The yard is completely fenced in. I didn't have to worry about the dogs any time I let them out. And, they even had a water dish in the kitchen for the puppies. The weather was terrible but the house had so many options for fun, it didn't matter! Between the hot tub, air hockey, video games... everyone was entertained. The kitchen was PERFECT! 2 of our guests were visiting from Italy and they were able to cook up a storm! If Italians are happy with your kitchen, you know it's good. The house was clean and very well appointed. I honestly can't think of anything I needed that it didn't have. Jim was fantastic about answering all of my questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
