The small launch located at the home is perfect to place the provided kayaks and get out to explore the crystal clear Gulf waters. Fish right off the water's edge and see what fun creatures you can catch! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a nature preserve on one side of the home, providing the perfect quiet getaway.

Price includes add’l charges including our $150 non-refundable processing fee, hot tub heat year round, pool heat during the winter months and the cleaning fee.
*This home does not have dockage, but there is plenty of room to park a boat and trailer

There are two public beaches and one state park nearby the home. Coco Plum is a 6-minute drive, Sombrero Beach is 15 minutes away, and Curry Hammock State Park is 10 minutes away from the home.

This home is on the direct Gulf Waters, we have no control of the winds and seaweed that may be at the home depending on the time of the year. This changes daily during high and low tides.

Bookings Notes:
KOVR Cancellation Policy: We have a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If you cancel in writing up to 60 days before original arrival, you will be refunded everything but the processing fee. If you cancel less than 60 days before original arrival, your deposit and any prepaid rent (less the non-refundable $150 processing fee) will be refunded ONLY if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your deposit and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If Monroe County is closed and not allowing visitors in, we will be able to provide a credit to use for a future week or a refund minus the $150 non-refundable processing fee.

Payment Due: We require half of the rent and security deposit 7 days after you book online and full balance 60 days before check-in. We give the option to pay by check or credit card after signing the contract. Please let us know after booking how you would like to pay. If this is a last-minute booking, we will need to run a credit card.

Contract: You will be sent an Adobe E-Sign contract to sign once the booking has been confirmed by our office. Once the contract is signed, it will send automatically back to us. Please let us know if you would like to run the first payment with the card on file or another Visa, MasterCard, or check. We do not run anything until the contract is signed and returned. We run all of our payments manually.

Maximum occupancy is set by the city and can not be increased.

Someone over the age of 25 must be at the rental for the entire rental period.

We book Saturday-Saturday during busier seasons.
