The home features views of the horizon from every room and is on the sunset viewing side of the island. A private boat basin and dock surrounded by a decked seawall extends out into the Gulf providing a unique setting for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Designed for casual living, this half-moon shaped home has cypress-beamed ceilings, 3 NEW A/C units, 3 bedrooms, 2 recently updated full baths, a large multiple-seating area living room, fully equipped kitchen, linens provided, laundry room and enclosed 925 s.f. screened Florida room/screened in porch. All on one level. No stairs. Max of 6 adults with up to 2 children additional. No extra charges for normal cleanings. Excessive cleaning costs will be deducted from your security deposit. NO pets allowed. No exceptions.

The master bedroom at one end of the home has a king-sized bed and private bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have a queen and twin bed. There are four TVs, DVD player, black and white wifi printer, Comcast HIGH SPEED xfinity internet, phone & TV. Multiple desks and high speed WIFI make this home perfect for work from home or remote learning. Utilities and linens are included. Fully stocked kitchen including stemware for evening wine/cocktails and plenty of cookware/utensils. New countertops/backsplash so please use cutting boards and trivets or hot pads on it. Gas grill plus two charcoal grills for easy cooking.

Water is 20 steps from our back door. Gas grill plus two charcoal grills on deck. Circular driveway with covered parking. For ease of entering the seawall area, a 28' boat is the maximum boat length. Boat trailer can be parked away from driveway. Concrete fish cleaning station was made specifically for the home and the use of guests. Fish right off the seawall and dock.

Short drive to mulitple grocery stores, pharmacies and restuarants. 10-15 minutes from Sombrero Beach and 7 mile bridge. Plenty of places to rent boats, kayaks, and more nearby. Smooth paths for biking, running and walking. Only 45 miles north of Key West.
