Serene Private Room w/ kitchenette, patio and separate entrance- plus a large bathroom with his/her sink, shower! Kitchenette has a small fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, plates and utensils. Cable TV and indoor/outdoor dinning or work space.
Property is in West Sedona, an 11 minute walk to supermarkets, stores, restaurants and entertainment- It’s close to everything and yet secluded at the end of a road with city view. We provide towels, sopa, lotion, shampoo and conditioner.
Main entrance and parking area could be shared with others if main house is also rented.
Pets are welcome for an extra $50 pet cleaning fee and guest must inform us if the plan on bringing theirs, even if it’s a service animal, so we can prepare the unit accordingly.

Awesome little suite, wit h everthing youll need! Close to downtown Sedona and all the local attractions! Very spacious yard with an great view! Perfect for a night out and star gazing.

Love the super-large shower and double-sink bathroom. Close to restaurants and shopping that we needed. Communication with Andrea the host was accurate and helpful. In-season price was more than reasonable for the size and location. Excellent stay!

Beautiful location, great stay

We loved our weekend getaway at this cozy suite. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store was a huge plus. The best part was stargazing on the private patio:-) Thank you for a wonderful stay!

NO HOT WATER.When I messaged her, she said this has never been a problem before, but I went back and read several reviews that mention this has been an issue. When there is someone staying in the main house, there isn’t hot water in the suite. The double shower is lovely, but perhaps it’s so you can conserve the warmth and share?The place was clean and had sufficient amenities. Good location. Bed was comfy.No thermostat for temperature control; just a window a/c unit. & you can hear the neighbors through the wall. It was fine for our 2 night stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify for future guests that the property does have hot water. The home uses a traditional hot-water tank, so if a large amount of hot water is used at once, such as long showers or baths, the tank may temporarily empty and require time to refill and reheat. As clearly described in our listing, this is a private guest suite attached to the main home, with its own private entrance and access. The main house may also be occupied by guests, so occasional household noise can be expected, just as it can in a hotel or other shared-wall accommodation. We’re glad you found the suite clean, comfortable, well-equipped and conveniently located- we appreciate your stay.

Cozy place for two

This was a cute little guest house located near everything we wanted to visit in sedona we enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the sunset. Very nice quiet community. Will definitely return

Lovely small unit in heart of Sedona.

This place was perfect for me and my pup. He loved running around the fenced in yard and chilling on the deck with me. Unit is near the main road and provides easy access to the hikes and restaurants I wanted to visit. Unit is clean and provides everything you need for a short stay.

Great Price - Great Location

We loved being in a neighborhood and away from the crowds in Sedona. Perfect amount of space for two people. The deck allows for plenty of outdoor space perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Great location to access plenty of hiking trails and the Peace Park. We loved the double shower. Nice treat after a long day of hiking.

Unfortunately Vrbo never sent over the check in instructions before we arrived for our stay. The host was unresponsive for over an hour to enter the studio. One of the shower heads was missing, we had a hard time getting the mini fridge to stay on, and unfortunately we barely had any hot water. Cute studio but lots of issues.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. Unfortunately VRBO’s automated check-in instructions were not sent as they normally are, to our surprise, however we responded within approximately one hour of the booking to provide access information. At the time, one of the two shower heads was in the process of being replaced, though the second was fully operational. The refrigerator is also fully functional unless it becomes unplugged. Regarding the hot water, the home has a traditional hot-water tank, so unusually high usage can temporarily deplete the supply while the tank refills and reheats. We’re glad you enjoyed the studio and appreciate your feedback.

Had a communication issue. We arrived to discover only 1 towel was available for 2 ppl for 3 days. We arrived on Sunday. I made 1st request for additional towels. No reply. On Monday i made 4 requests for towels with still no reply. Upon our return at the end of the day we had only 2 towels on the patio table but we still had 1 more days stay. I never did get a reply at all for my requests nor when I acknowledged we received our towels. Otherwise this incident, everything else was great.

Wonderful, Secluded Getaway

This was the perfect ensuite for my fiancé and me; quiet and secluded. The bathroom is gorgeous and so functional. I meant to take pictures of the shower and cabinets to replicate in my own home. The kitchenette setup is great. Multiple ways to make coffee. I made ours with the cutest little French press. A great stay for our first time to Sedona.

Host was delightful. The bed was very comfortable. For me, the property was rustic, and needs some TLC. The toilet would not stop running, (host will have a plumber arrive to fix it), there was no sink to wash dishes, other than the bathroom sink. Could only get slightly warm water out of the shower, not hot water. Poorly lit outside, not easy coming back late at night. When people rent next door you hear a lot of plumbing sounds, plus a shared deck with just a partition. For some people this might be a perfect arrangement.
