This was our third visit, and each time has been fantastic. The place is lovely, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The view is incredible, the host is super responsive, and this remains one of our favorite places in the area to stay.

Absolutely amazing stay! The cottage was extremely clean and had some of the most stunning views. The wildlife was incredible—on our first morning alone, we saw several different species of birds, deer, and even a bobcat walk right through the yard! The location was also great, with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. Such a beautiful, peaceful place and an unforgettable stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was a lovey home with a spectacular view and well equipped kitchen. Just a 15 minute drive to Point Reyes and 1 minute to Tony’s restaurant. We are already planning a return visit.

The location is amazing! Tucked away from the main road and has an incredible view of Tomales bay and sunsets! We saw deer and wild turkeys in our back yard! With two great bedrooms, a nice living area which the view of the bay! A hot tub to relax in and watch the sky! The kitchen was fully stocked although we tended to eat dinner out! The location is close to Marshall and a few great sea food restaurants that include local oysters! Make sure to visit point Reyes, bodega bay and even the wine country! Great central location for an enjoyable vacation! Contact with the host was quick and vey helpful! Having a contactless checkin makes it easy to start and end your vacation!

We had a wonderful time. The location was absolutely beautiful with a great view of the bay. There was more than enough room for the four adults in our party and the kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. And the hot tub was nice and hot. But it's really the location and the views that stand out. It's an easy trip to so many great hikes on Pt Reyes and Bodega Bay and Dillon Beach. Make sure you visit the Marshall Store for oysters and Nick's Cove for either lunch or dinner, which are both very nearby in Marshall.

This is an amazing property in every sense. It was super clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The views and tranquility were stunning. We enjoyed lovely evenings in the sparkling hot tub and leisurely mornings sipping coffee from the lawn chairs overlooking the bay. The location is a short drive to many beautiful spots for hiking. Point Reyes Station is fun and the grocery store there is great. We’ve stayed at loads of VRBO properties and this one is truly special!

Light, clean, welcoming home with a beautiful view of the bay! Everything was perfect! Lots of sleeping options in the 2nd bedroom. Lovely porch and dreamy to sit in the hot tub to watch the birds, trees and water.

This is a beautiful house by the bay. The listing is accurate. Lots of extras in the kitchen. Plan to bring your own device to connect to the wifi/television. Very comfortable. Great area/restaurants nearby.

Nice, chill spot with an excellent view of Tomales Bay. Couch in front room doesn’t have enough padding to be slept on but back room couches are comfy. Would stay there again!
