Charming bungalow, within a 5-minute sidewalk stroll of Downtown Weaverville's restaurants, shops and breweries. It is also an easy 15-minute drive to downtown Asheville. The home has all the amenities to provide you a comfortable, relaxing and fun stay. There is a full kitchen, an upstairs living area with TV and a cozy downstairs den with a TV, both with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon apps ready for you to watch whatever subscription you have. Perfect little bungalow

Stayed here for my daughter's wedding. Cute and comfortable. Clean and neat. Great location! Took a short morning walk in the snow to Yellow Mug!

Birthday

We were repeat guest. Came for our grandson‘s birthday for the weekend. This is an awesome house, very well kept and clean and in a great location. The only thing that’s kept me from staying here more is lack of availability because of it’s popularity. Five thumbs up for me.

Love this place!

Second time staying at this great little house in Weaverville! So clean, comfortable furniture, everything is organized and works well. Host always responds quickly. We like to take the scenic route on Merrimon Ave straight in to Asheville, which is super easy. Thanks!

This house is a true gem

The house is immaculate and well appointed. The back deck and yard are very peaceful and you can easily walk to downtown Weaverville. We will definitely return in the future.

In Weaverville for a wedding

The property was perfect. Exactly how it was listed. Great location. Modern updates noted. Pinball machine was a plus. Incredible kiychen anenities. Check in was a breeze. We will return. Thanks Chester.

Weaverville

Inside was small but clean. Both beds were Queen (I think one should be a King). No basic channels available on TV was disappointing. Holly bushes in front of house need to be trimmed, it was hard to get into the house they blocked most of the walkway. Overall it served its purpose and we were close enough to Asheville to enjoy a day trip there.

Great house and very close to downtown

This was a great weekend get-away! The house was very clean and comfortable. Downtown Weaverville is a wonderful mountain town with lots of shops and restaurants. It's just around the corner and an easy walk to get there. We will be back!

Ten Williams St in Weaverville is an absolute "10"! Loved! Loved! Loved! Our son attends college in the area and we have stayed everywhere within a 50 miles radius of Asheville. This place is one of the best! Location, amenities and price point are excellent! Thank you Chester! AND...Go Lions!💙💛

Super clean and perfectly stocked

This house was perfect for our short stay. We could not stop commenting about how clean it was. The setup was perfect for our little family and the kids loved the games downstairs. It was also so nice to have a tv space for them downstairs so we could relax upstairs. The beds were incredibly comfy as were the pillows. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets, extra toiletries, flashlights and a first aid kit just in case. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was stocked simply, but well, with quality items that worked rather than a hodge podge of lower quality supplies. Walking to Well Bred, Blue MountaIn Pizza, and Yellow Mug were fun and a breeze. The house was organized and clean and a joy to stay in, we hope to be back!

Functional, serviceable house

2 BR wood house, clean. Built on a hill, bottom floor is a basement with good washer and dryer. Nice back porch with propane cooker. Kitchen useable with excellent skillets and pans. Has AC and security windows that open.

Exceptionally clean and was just like the description. Location was perfect. We wanted to be near Asheville but not in the day to day traffic every day. We would definitely choose this property again.

A great find!

We were staying here as our floors at home were being sanded. 3 nights. Convenient location, very well appointed with nice touches and a very responsive owner. Couldn’t ask for more.
