Our guesthouse is a newly renovated cottage located in downtown Weaverville, 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 12 min from downtown Asheville. We are walking distance to restaurants, shopping and breweries, all in the heart of Downtown Weaverville. We are also a short driving distance to hiking, biking, more restaurants, breweries and fun in Asheville. The guest space is a perfect a couples getaway or a personal retreat. The cottage has lots of light, vaulted ceilings, making it feel very spacious and cozy all at the same time!

Christmas in Weaverville

Our second stay at Natalie & Matt's cottage. Spent three nights over Christmas weekend visiting our son and his family. The cottage is exactly as described. It is one block from Main Street and its shops. It is also convenient to Asheville and all that the city has to offer. We are already looking forward to our next visit .

Wedding Weekend

This cottage was perfect for my weekend stay. It is in the perfect location to walk to all that Weaverville has to offer. The cottage is so clean, cozy and comfortable and the hosts make it a personal stay. Definitely stay here!

Great location, just what we needed

Very nice host. Greeted us when we arrived. Very clean, had everything we needed. Outstanding location, close to restaurants and coffee shops. Definitely will stay again. Wish we would have had a bit more time there!

Adorable Cabin in Weaverville

This cabin was really cute and walking distance to restaurants downtown. Love the extra touches from the owners including frosty beer mugs and a little welcome gift. ❤️ Cabin was very clean and there was a great selection of coffees and teas.

My niece’s visit

I got this charming place for my niece and her girlfriend to stay while they where here for a quick visit. Since we live in Weaverville it was great to be able to swing by and pick them up. They also enjoyed walking around our lovely town and not having to drive. Thanks we will book again.

Best of the Best

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Weaverville. This is the perfect location to enjoy a relaxing trip to Asheville and comforts of a small town. We enjoyed walking to Glass Onion, pizza and small shops. Our hosts were delightful. They truly thought of everything and made our little spot feel like home.

Hidden Gem

Perfect spot on a side street but within walking distance from downtown Weaverville. Also only 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. Very comfortable with everything 2 people need for a long weekend or longer. We will be back.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage. The weather wasn't ideal during our trip so we were at the cabin more than anticipated. While there was construction happening right outside our door at the main house, we did not feel disturbed. The cottage had everything we needed and was very close to shopping and dining in downtown Weaverville and was not far from Asheville.

Comfortable and cozy

I recently stayed with my husband and daughter. Natalie made the place feel like home! We were welcomed with a sweet card and a local snack. The place was very clean, easy to access and a perfect location for being able to walk downtown Weaverville, which is such a cute town. It was nice to stay in a smaller, more quiet community and have quick access to Asheville. I would stay here again if we find ourselves in the area! Thank you, Natalie!

Perfect size and location!

The owners were great with communication and the cottage was well equipped. The place was clean and perfectly situated within walking distance to the great restaurants and brewery of Weaverville. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone/couple needing a getaway. Weaverville is a nice distance to Asheville if you want the city, but also nice distance from many outdoor recreation opportunities and site seeing.

Cute Cottage- perfect getaway

After a full day of fly fishing with Curtis Wright Outfitters in Weaverville, the cottage was a perfect, cozy spot to get a restful night’s sleep. We walked to the restaurant that is literally in their backyard for supper and the next morning walked just a few blocks to a cute breakfast place. Our host, Natalie, was very responsive to texts and made our two night stay just perfect!

We are so glad you are here to stay in our cozy cottage. Our names our Matt and Natalie Knauer. We are living life right next to you in the main house with our 2 kids (Addie and Bennett), and our chocolate lab Remus. He is very friendly and will welcome any pets that you have to give. Please make sure the gates are closed as you come and go so he stays in the fence. We have lived here for 20 years. We love exploring new restaurants, have old favorites, and frequently enjoy many of the outdoor experiences that our area has to offer. Please feel free to ask us any questions about where to go and what to do. Our hope is that you are able to relax, and enjoy your time in Weaverville and the surrounding area.
