we spent a few days in Weaverville visiting family I was very happy when we checked in the property was exactly as described. The house was immaculate, and all of the products that were left for their guests were of the line.I have spent a lot of time in rental properties by far surpassed this one surpassed my expectations

The place is a gem! We are visiting our son & his family in Weaverville. This is an Adorable guest house, modern, well-kept and a perfect location, so convenient to downtown. Will definitely book it again the future.

Outstanding place to stay! 5 minute walk to anywhere in town. The home was spotless and was equipped with anything you might need for your stay. Our host was very responsive as well. Honestly can’t say enough nice things about this property.

The house was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. It was a great location for walking to restaurants and shops in downtown Weaverville as well as for going on hikes in the surrounding mountains. Since we don't travel with a pet, we are always a bit concerned about the cleanliness of a place that allows pets. No problem here. Not a trace of former four-legged occupants could be found! We enjoyed the porch off the back of the first floor. The kitchen was well equipped, with attractive dishes and appliances. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet. A couple could move in and stay for weeks. We hope to return again sometime soon!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in the cottage for the weekend. The place was immaculately clean and was thoughtfully decorated which created a welcoming atmosphere. It was perfect. Also, the bedding was so comfortable and I slept like a baby. If you’re going to spend time in Weaverville or surrounding area, rent this property, you won’t be disappointed.

This wonderful property in Weaverville was more than enjoyable. We were comfortably tucked away from noise and traffic, yet close to main thoroughfares for any exploring we wanted to do. Beautifully furnished, quality appliances, comfortable king bed, wonderful shower, all the amenities we ever needed and a wonderful deck on back! We knew we could contact the owner at first need, but didn’t have to as all was perfect. We will always check availability when visiting again. Thanks so much!

Perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Asheville area. Weaverville downtown has amazing shops and great restaurants. We plan on staying here again.

The property was perfect for us and our two dogs. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. It was clean and met our needs. Great location near main street in Weaverville. We couldn’t be happier with it.

This was by far the best VRBO home we've ever stayed in, from the location to the cleanliness and amenities of the home. And the host was so responsive and helpful from the time we rented through check-out. We have already recommended this rental to our family members, and we'll be back ourselves!

Geri and Stuart Ray are hosts. Caesar and Ruby are occasional greeters. This guest cottage is on the same grounds as our home. Geri is a mortgage lender and Stuart is a general contractor. Geri's office is a couple of blocks away and works from home some, so there is usually a person nearby if anything is needed.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This cottage is a couple of blocks from Main St. Many restaurants nearby to walk to. There are several breweries, bakery and unique shops as well as live music on certain nights. Main Street Park is an easy walk. Lake Lousie is a longer walk or you can drive and park there. 12 minutes to downtown Asheville and easy access to the parkway. Back covered porch. The master bedroom has a plush Stearns and Foster mattress with bamboo sheets. Large walk-in shower. Master has a desk and chair that can also be used as a dressing table. There is a heating/air unit on each level.

Dog friendly. Town codes requires dogs be on leashes at all times and pickup waste. There are doggie waste baskets on the sidewalks. Most restaurants have outdoor seating and allow dogs. There is Wag Bar an easy drive that is a dog park and serves food and alcohol. If going check out their site as it requires a membership with proper dog paperwork.
