If you are looking for the quintessential Old Town Fort Collins experience, you’ll find it at “The Cottage”. This quaint home is located on a quiet street in the heart of Downtown, walking distance from some of the best restaurants, bars, shops, and coffee houses in Fort Collins. You will absolutely love being able to walk/bike around town, explore the Poudre River Trail, and then enjoy a Colorado evening in your private backyard. Just imagine sitting around the outdoor fire pit while enjoying the fresh Colorado air!
Our chic bungalow features new flooring, furniture, and appliances along with Tempur-Pedic queen-sized mattresses for a quality nights rest. You will love the stylish interior, comfortable beds, and the idyllic location of this quaint bungalow. You can easily enjoy a quiet dinner cooked at home or join the locals and cruise over to Social for a cocktail and charcuterie board and then over to Jax Fish House for a gourmet dinner out. On Saturdays, be sure to visit the local farmer’s market to pick up your favorite fresh produce. Then relax on the deck and grill up some dinner after a day of enjoying Old Town Fort Collins!

Location, location, location… Close to downtown shopping and breweries and music and fun! Great backyard space. Clean home, responsive host, family friendly. The stay was wonderful. We will definitely return.

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend in Ft Collins. We walked to Old Town every morning through the cute neighborhood. It was also a 10 min drive to pick up my CSU student from his dorm. The house was clean and cute and had a perfect backyard and deck to relax on a themed of the day.

It was a wonderful experience from the very beginning. The cottage was minutes from my son's home, close to downtown shopping and dining.

Password on Internet didn’t work. We spent at least a half an hour on it. The place is ok.

Wonderful Stay in Fort Collins
We loved our stay- so enjoyed the backyard area and how close it was to downtown Fort Collins- just an easy walk.
Stacy was extremely responsive!

Fort Collins Cottage
Great little place near downtown Fort Collins. We enjoyed having the bikes to ride also! We would stay again.

Easy check in, close to downtown, close to CSU, and we loved using the bikes.

The Cottage
Just want to say the stay here was wonderful. We truly enjoyed being so close to everything we liked to do. We all felt very comfortable. It was like being home away from home. Definitely will stay here again.

Great location for Fort Collins weekend
The cottage is in a great location to downtown. We were able to walk to downtown for dinner and shopping. Otherwise it was a nice central location to enjoy other Fort Collins amenities. The host was very responsive when we had questions.
