This amazing lagoon front home in Beach Haven West is available for weekly rental. This home is completely remodeled with modern amenities, upgraded interior features including granite countertops, eat in kitchen, full dining suite, large bonus room with full bar and queen size sofa sleeper, and first floor master suite with ADA accessible bathroom. The upstairs features a flex loft space, full bath, balcony overlooking the bay, and minibar in upper bedroom. The exterior features include spacious multi-level deck with outdoor dining, gas fire pit with surrounding seating, gas grill, and outdoor shower. Safety rail and gate installed by owners for waterfront protection for the little ones. Bring your boat, or water sport toys and enjoy this beautiful home in Beach Haven West. Just a short drive to Long Beach Island, and close to the ever expanding town of Manahawkin. We do not accept pets of any kind, and this is a smoke free property inside and out.

Thanksgiving stay

This is a very clean, well equipped large house. They have everything you need to have a great stay. This was our 3rd time at this house and we were very happy with our stay once again

Beautiful Home

Our family had a wonderful stay, the home was clean and in a great location. Close to grocery stores and LBI. We look forward to staying there again in the future .

Great beach vacation

Stayed for a week with our infant and toddler and grandparents and we had a great time. The house was easy to manage with little kids, cooking meals and eating outside was great, grill was perfect, clean and quiet neighborhood. 100% would recommend.

Beautiful Home, Great Location, Clean and as advertised! Only issue is a called an onsite manager when we first got there (not the owner) and left a message casue we had trouble with the locked door, and he never called back (the entire week we were there) but we finally got in and the stay we perfect!!! Great Place

Wonderful stay

We had a great week. The house was perfect right on the water and a convenient drive to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was very clean. We would definitely recommend.

Phenomenal Stay!

We had a wonderful week away! This home is much larger than the pictures do it justice. We had plenty of space for our young kids to play. The hosts have the house stocked with everything you could need. The neighborhood is peaceful but still has a great beach feel. Only a few minute drive to the bay beach and 10 minute drive to LBI beach. We would 10/10 stay again! Hosts were wonderful and great at communicating.

Beach Haven Rental House

My family had an enjoyable and relaxing weekend in this rental. The house was immaculate and the kitchen was fully stocked. We liked the “Cocktail Cove” too. I highly recommend this house and look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful house!

Stayed here with our three kids and had a great time. The house was very clean and the kitchen was super well stocked! We loved the fire pit and used it multiple times, as well as the outdoor shower. The deck was great and the house is so close to the island. It was perfect for a quick getaway for the weekend!

House layout was great! Everything we needed was in the house. Loved that we were a short drive to LBI beaches but removed from the LBI crowds. Back deck was amazing.

Shore getaway

Stayed sane house last year very clean 3 bathrooms a plus . Beds were very comfortable. Dock is a plus for boat , but few boards need to be replaced they are sticking up other than that a great time

In town for a wedding

The property is pictured accurately and wonderfully appointed and spacious. Well cared for and clean. Great location. Kitchen well equipped. We were attending a wedding on LBI this location worked perfectly.

Great escape

Shore house was beautiful. Very clean and everything was provided . Boat dock was just right. Not a bad boat ride to the bay only 25 minutes

Awesome Labor Day weekend!

What a beautiful home and location for a last minute trip with friends. Everything you need at your finger tips with this home from multiple bathrooms, bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, grill and huge patio with a fire pit and plenty of seating. Oh and let’s not forget the private dock for your boat! Excellent rental and would recommend!!

Perfect summer vacation week

From the minute we walked through the front door, it felt like our own home away from home. The house was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for the week. We loved the porch off of the upstairs bedrooms and enjoyed sipping coffee there in the morning. The backyard property was beautiful, we loved the firepit and we even docked our boat for the week. We can't wait to come back next year.

Home away from home!

Although we would have liked warmer weather, the fire pit made it so nice to sit outside on the large beautiful deck. It was also very nice to have the fireplace in the common area to snuggle next too and watch a movie. This property was all we needed to enjoy some quality family time and the owners made sure you didn’t have to bring anything. There was plenty of kitchen accessories, bed linens and towels. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning again soon.

Lovely property

The house was very clean and very well appointed. Everything seemed to be in working order for the most part. The transition on the deck was dangerous in that it's very easy to miss the step down, and we did a couple of times. It would be nice to paint the edge to decipher the different heights. The blinds in the upstairs right bedroom did not reach the windowsill, so we had to fill that space to ensure privacy. We had a great week.

Perfect For Family vacation!

Beautiful home on the bay! My family had the best time here! Plenty of room.. The house and property are beautiful and immaculate. Kitchen is fully stocked, also linens, dishwasher, washer and dryer, 2 tv’s and all the comforts of home. Also had a crab cage for crabbing and fishing pole for the kids to fish off the dock. My kids 11, 10 and 6 enjoyed feeding the ducks and 2 swans breakfast each morning and we loved being able to enjoy the water right from our back door. Next time we will bring a kayak or few more water toys. We brought our bikes and rode around the quiet blocks and when we went to the beach it was a 5-10 minute ride to the island and then back to our beautiful peaceful yard and home. Definite must rent for families! We will be going back!
