Lovely 3 plush bedroom home near Sand Hollow Reservoir with a private fenced yard. Ride your ATV from our home directly to Sand Hollow. Room to park your trailer in front of the house. One trailer and truck will fit in front of the house. Lots of space to explore and hike nearby.

Floor plan is all one level with a large spacious kitchen, granite counter tops, bar, dining table for 6, skylight, big windows, walk out porch, entrance and front courtyard.

Stand alone home with elegant kitchen and furnishings, big master bath with walk in that can sleep two, walk in shower, jacuzzi tub, pack n play.

The home has three private bedrooms with plush king beds, one twin and two full baths.

The living room has large sectional recliner sofa for visiting or entertainment, 40" flatscreen smart TV, tall walk out double doors to the back porch with covered picnic area.

The flat screen entertainment in the master suite plays Netflix or Amazon Prime with Roku, small DVD players in guest bedrooms as well.

Great community near public park and is a walk away from Sand Hollow and ATV trails, golf, minutes from shopping and restaurants in Hurricane, 30 min to Zions, Snow Canyon and 15 min to St. George. Relax in nearby Zion Canyon Hot Springs.

Shopping, dinning and entertainment near by as well as Sand Hollow golf course which is renowned for its award-winning, 27-hole facility featuring dramatic, panoramic views of Southern Utah’s red rock landscape and Pine Valley Mountains.

Great place right next to sand hallow reservoir. Host was responsive to all communication and had no problem with us checking in a couple hours early. Would stay here again.

Greg and Janet were communicative hosts. The property is well taking care of and is well equipped. Short distance to sand hollow, my family of four were extremely comfortable and enjoyed the home!

Quiet and Peaceful House

We loved staying here. Lots of room for us and the kids. Big kitchen. Best part was how quiet the neighborhood is. We slept so well. Wish there was a neighborhood pool, but there are pickleball courts and a splash pad at the park nearby.

The Benson's

We had a great stay, the home is as nice as the photos and very clean. It was nice to be only 5 minutes from the Sand Hollow Reservoir. We will be back for sure.

We love the Sand Hollow reservoir. Just recently we spent the whole day on the swimming beach with the kids and grand kids.

We love to travel and see new places and want to share our vacation home with others so we can continue to do that. In Utah we have a snowbird population. Hurricane is popular year round but we like to use it in the winter to escape the cold winters of northern Utah. Our vacation home and has many wonderful memories as a gathering place for our family. We love the quiet desert setting and closeness to the Sand Hollow and nearby attractions. We love relaxing there in this place it is truly beautiful here.

2,600 sq. ft. private, home with plenty of parking, spacious entertaining, luxurious soft beds with new clean pillows to choose from, fully fenced yard, porch and jacuzzi tub. We're close Quail Lake with lots to if you love the out of doors with hiking and sports. Check out the Silver Reef Museum, Zion, Red Cliffs Recreation, Gooseberry Mesa biking trails, or the lake. Go to "Utah Mountain Biking Adventures" 435-6352169 to rent toys. Try our kayak in the lake or rent a standup board from digpaddlesports.com.

For great tours and activities contact "Over the Edge Sports" 435-635-5455 or "Skydive Zion" at 435-635-3742. If you like shooting visit "Purgatory Clay Sports" 435-275-6600. There is literally fun in every direction! Also check out, SAINT GEORGE HOT AIR BALLOON RIDES!

We have two adult bikes with helmets as well as kayaks, and sand toys for toddlers you may use if you like. We allow guests to use an electronic keypad to access our home and have a well stocked kitchen. Don't ask if we have it, it's all here. We have a pantry, fridge, freezer stocked with convenient foods you are welcome to use. It give you a sense of freedom with great views from all the doors and windows. Our home is wheel chair accessible as long as you can get in and out of the bathroom without a wheel chair. It is one level and basically has 34 inch interior doors.
