Located just moments from Sand Hollow Reservoir and Zion National Park, this townhouse is outfitted with the ultimate amenities. Enjoy a private hot tub, ping pong table and smart TV's to make your vacation or reunion one to remember. From its resort amenities such as a heated pool with a lazy river, several fire pits and an outdoor kitchen with 4 BBQ grills, you'll never want to leave!

This home offers the utmost in relaxation and entertainment. On the main level, there is a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a large shower. The upstairs primary suite features a king-size bed, private bathroom with a large shower, access to the balcony with stunning mountain and park views, and a Roku TV. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a large closet while the bunk room includes two triple bunk beds that sleep six and a Roku TV. The upstairs loft is complete with a king-size sleeper sofa, Xbox and an old-school arcade game with 300 classic games to enjoy. The two-car garage is equipped with a ping pong table and a 65-inch TV for entertainment. The backyard is ready for barbecue fun with a hot tub, grill, and outdoor seating. It's the perfect spot for grilling and taking a private soak in the fenced-in yard.

Loved this home!!

Our kids loved the heated lazy river! We also enjoyed having the hot tub to ourselves. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean. We loved the family friendly home and area.

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The layout of the home was great, tons of room, comfortable, practice, convenient. We've never stayed in a SU condo before, but we'll definitely do it more often in the future.

Couples MTB Weekend

Fantastic townhome for 3 couples each having their own ensuite. Hot tub great. Looks like set up well with family and kids as well. Great location near our favorite bike rides.

Perfect for visiting Zion

We were hiking and biking all over the Hurricane/Zion/Virgin area and this was a perfect base camp for us. Nice to come home to a hot tub in our back yard, and with the yard being fenced in, we had the privacy we wanted. We enjoyed the Zion Village Resort complex, and used the clubhouse for two of our four nights, as we had others in the complex staying in different units. We will totally come back!

Hurricane Business Week

We absolutely loved the property we selected. The house was more than accommodating and the floor plan was perfect. If you have a family with kids or adults there was plenty to entertain both. Bedrooms with bathrooms were perfect. Walk in showers. There are on-suites upstairs and down stairs. Close to everything. We will absolutely be staying again. Denise ~ MadDashMixes

Great Labor Day Weekend Stay

We had a great stay over the holiday weekend. The condo is HUGE! Much larger than it looked from the outside. Everything from check-in to checkout went smoothly.

Modern, comfortable stay

Overall very happy with the condo. There was a ton of space for everyone. Beds were very soft so depending on your preferences could be good/bad. Condo was very clean and had pretty much everything you might need. Kitchen did not have a coffee machine but did have a kureg. Was a bit disappointed that every bed side table had loose screws in it. In a couple of the bathrooms there were unmounted shelves and very few hangars and no dressers. For a space this modern, I was a bit surprised. It didn’t really cause an issue for us.

Great place!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our visits to Zion & Bryce. The property was fabulous! We loved all the space & appreciated the separate bathrooms. The game room was awesome & we really enjoyed using the amazing pool at the clubhouse!!

Family weekend on the lake

We love Sand Hallow! This place isn't the closest, but it's a great neighborhood that is close with a nice pool area when we weren't on the lake. The place was great! Easy check-in/out, plenty of beds, clean, some good fun additions(video games, Foosball, ping pong). We had enough driveway space to park the boat and tow vehicle (but had to disconnect the boat from the tow vehicle to fit). I'd definitely stay here again.

Great Property/Great Location

This property was perfect for our family of four while we visited Zion National Park. It was exceptional in all aspects and only about 25 minutes from Zion; perfect location. Our days were spent in the park and the later afternoon/evenings were spent at the pool.

Great Week in Zion

Great location. About a 35-40 minute drive to Zion. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The gym and pool access was a bonus. Plenty of games and activities to keep everyone entertained in between outings. Good views of the surrounding mountains. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent spot for Zion travelers

We walked in to spaciousness, a spot for everyone to sleep & to relax, and to immaculate cleanliness. Bonus: a pool & lazy river to enjoy after a day of hiking! We were very impressed!

Loved our stay

We had an amazing stay. We had a clean, working hot tub. Everything you could possibly need to make a basic meal and more. The house looked brand new. It was very clean and organized. The beds were comfy. The kids had a great time in the bunk room/ play room upstairs. Our WiFi was unplugged when we got there but I contacted our hostess and they helped us find it right away to get it fixed. They were very responsive and accommodating. We were able to use the neighborhood pool and the kids had a blast there too. We highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful and spacious

Hot tub was clean and ready to use. Backyard was comfortable. Spacious condo and lots of space for more than one family. Bunk beds are roomy for 6 children/adults. We enjoyed the large family room/kitchen also. Beds were all comfortable.

This property is perfect for any gathering.. everything is just as listed and the property manager is a dream to work with! Extremely prompt and friendly… communication was clear and sooooo professional. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Fabulous home!

We loved the home! It was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Everything was extremely clean and fresh, it was easy to access the home. We appreciated all of the games and activities to do within the home, too. We'd stay again! Our recommendations would be: fix the really irritating clicking fan in the main floor bedroom. There are no screens on any windows which is very dangerous for children on 2nd level and would be really nice to be able to open windows occasionally. Main floor bedroom window was very, very broken, which we were told about in advance of our stay. Main floor bedroom bed frame is very squeaky and mattress is way too soft for most people. It would be great if there was also a regular coffee maker, but we appreciated the Keurig and that there were some coffee pods there. Also appreciated the seasonings, games, laundry, etc. Really a great home!

Excellent place to stay

This place was comfortable, clean, and such a fun place to stay. Having a good mix of all ages staying it was nice to have the hot tub, ping pong table, and other games to play. It was very clean. It also is located in a great spot. I'm glad we were able to stay here!
