The condo has ocean views from every window and great beach access as it is right across the street from Kamaole Beach 1. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great location

The place was perfect. We really enjoyed the area and how easy it was to walk or take the rental car places. The condo had everything you need for the beach or there are places to rent beach stuff near by. The kids enjoyed walking to Gus the Bus, a food truck that sold shaved ice. Coconuts was in walking distance which has great food but relaxed environment. The condo was clean, water pressure was amazing, and the balcony was a great place to watch the sunset. The neighbors are quiet and nice. The neighborhood felt like a nice beach town with people enjoying the weather and outdoors. If you want a secluded resort feel like you would get in Mexico, this is not it.we loved this so much more.

Lovely property, great beach access

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo itself is lovely with easy access to the beach across the street. We loved having our morning coffee on the lanai watching the waves, and our kid loved playing at the beach and pool every day. Centrally located in Kihei with food and coffee within walking distance and BBQs on the property. We loved our stay!

Nice Area Comfortable housing

The property wasn’t cleaned (at least not paying worthy) I had to clean before we could get comfortable. Left the place cleaner than I found it. After that it was great!. We didn’t have TV for 2 days but PMI was available and took care of the issue. Great area and convenient location to everything. We would stay again.

Amazing location / updated condo

We recently visited this Kihei condo with our family. From booking to check in we had no issues and they were very responsive. The condo is fully stocked (maybe too stocked) and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The convenience being right across from the beach access made it ideal.

Amazing Kihei condo!

We loved our stay here

We loved everything about this suite. We stayed 11 nights here. The 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds was perfect for our 10 and 11 year old daughters. Loved the ocean view from the balcony. Just stunning. The location was central and walking distance to food, shopping and next door to the ABC store. The beautiful Kamaole Beach 1 is a quick walk across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is Top Notch!

Great location. Beachfront. All amenities we needed were basically next door. Comfy bed & all the goodies we needed for a fun stay were included at the property (beach chairs, boogie boards, ice chests). We loved the easy parking, cleanliness of the condo grounds, & the swimming pool too. Thank you for making our time on Maui perfect!

Picturesque And Great Location

The VROB Was wonderful! It was right across the street from the beach. Sunsets every night and in the perfect location for every thing. The home was well stocked with anything that you could ask for for a fun week.

Kamaole Beach Club C-208

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo was convenient. Good that there were AC units in the bedrooms. The coffee and cookies were a nice treat.When we checked in the downstairs toilet did not flush well, needed to do 2-3 flushes. The bathtub lever did not work to keep water in the tub.I texted management and they came the next day and took care of the toilet and left a rubber tub stopper. We had ants in the kitchen that the trail went along the living room ceiling and into the upstairs closet. Management came and left ant bait. It was amazing within 12 hours the ants were gone. Must have taken the food from the ant traps to their nest. Management was always quick to take care of any problems. There was a damp musty smell in the front downstairs bedroom. It would be helpful to the people sleeping in the upstairs loft bedroom if there were shades on the windows there.The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies; beach items.Good that the refrigerator had water; ice on the door.We enjoyed the view of the ocean across the street.Location was close to many restaurants. We rented from July 4-11; i guess that because of the holiday and summer time the rental fee was more thanWe thought it should be. Couldn’t hang our clothes in the downstairs closet bedroom because it was filled with things from the floor. The wifi worked well.

Great Place!

The property was great for a family of 4 with 2 teens. It was nicely remodeled and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. Beach items were a great plus, including the paddle board :). We couldn’t locate the paddle, but the rental place across the street rented one cheep for us to use. Location was great. We loved the easy access to the lovely beach! We would definitely recommend and look to rent again! Thanks!

Great location!

We really enjoyed staying in this condo - an amazing beach right across the street, and plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance. The unit has AC so it stays cool, and the kitchen is stocked with lots of basics (olive oil, salt/pepper, condiments, plenty of kitchen tools, etc.) which was great as we like to cook at home. We also appreciated the beach towels and other beach supplies. The balcony has a great view and is also fun for people watching. The street noise does get a bit loud as South Kehei Rd is a main drag through town, but it is generally fine when the windows are closed.

Great location, fantastic for families

Had the best time. Cannot beat the location, walk across street to beach. Was perfect, we travelled with a 3 month old and the convenience was ideal. Plenty of food walkable and rentals for snorkeling/paddling etc also walkable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo and location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing from start to finish. The condo was immaculately clean, and is a wonderful space for 2 couples or for a family. Nice to have 2 bathrooms, and some separation. Nicely equipped with kitchen things and starter toiletries (though we never ran out). The view, the location, everything is wonderful about this place. The complex is quiet at night, you can open the windows for fresh air, or close it up for some AC, good parking, screen door on all units, just perfect! 10/10 recommend staying here, where you can walk barefoot to the beach and come right back and hop in the shower or pool.

Solid place

We enjoyed our stay in Kihei - this property is in a fantastic location, walking distance to a great beach, restaurants, markets and food trucks. There is even an awesome playground less than a mile away which made it great for our family + 4 year old. The unit itself is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen (glassware, cookware, appliances) all in good working order. The unit is definitely showing wear in places (drawers breaking). The main bed was comfortable but could probably use some new bedding. Unfortunately when we arrived the upstairs toilet wasn’t clean (visible even with the seat down), but the kitchen and even the fridge had been cleaned out prior to our arrival. Overall a good place and we had a great vacation.

Excellent location

The location is perfect. The unit has everything a guest could ask for and is very quiet, except for a bit of traffic noise but I did not find it an issue. The only thing that could be improved is if the unit was deep cleaned and dusted. Other than that, it was great.

Great Location

Great Location, Mgmt was quick and responsive. Condo had everything you needed and more. Beach across the street and shopping and food all within walking distance. Master bed was comfortable.

Awesome place to stay!!

The condo was very clean and was stocked will all the needed accessories for beach fun including chairs, shade tent/umbrella, and two coolers (a small and large one). There were also two Sonos speakers great for playing your favorite tunes. The patio was $ for chillin' and watching the sunset. The location was awesome as well. There was a nice ABC store next door that was great for picking up random supplies. If your a football fan, there was Moose McGillycuddy's a couple blocks away that had a bunch of TV's so everyone can watch their favorite team. There were a ton of other places in walking distance to grab a bite to eat. The beach across the street was amazing. The only downside is the street out front was pretty busy. However, it didn't bother us at all, couldn't hear it from inside and traffic died down in the evenings. We would 100% stay here again!! Thank you to our hosts for making it an amazing place to enjoy our vacation at.
