Book with confidence, this stunning, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (902 sq. ft) condo that has been completely remodeled with beautiful modern finishes. The condo has ocean views from every window and great beach access as it is right across the street from Kamaole Beach 1. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. This condo offers an exceptional vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Kitchen well stocked, the downstairs bedroom with 2 beds, frames need to be replaced, extremely noisy, every time you move the bed makes a lot of unsettling noise! We’ve stayed in this unit multiple times and the noisy bed is are only complaint

What a joy it was to spend time in a completely updated and usable space. The bedding and kitchenware were all top quality. The air conditioning units ran quietly and worked well. Everything was just as described and we had a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions. We will definitely stay there again.

Great Location and Space

This was the perfect place for my family to spend a week. We could walk to all of the essentials, especially being across the street from the beach, but it's also an easy drive to most of the excursions around the island. Fantastic experience!

Great place

We really enjoyed this 2 level unit. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and the beach is right across the street. We saw many turtles feeding and swimming and a few resting on the beach. All in all a very relaxing stay.

Wonderful rental!!

Lovely property, great beach access

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo itself is lovely with easy access to the beach across the street. We loved having our morning coffee on the lanai watching the waves, and our kid loved playing at the beach and pool every day. Centrally located in Kihei with food and coffee within walking distance and BBQs on the property. We loved our stay!

Great location, fantastic for families

Had the best time. Cannot beat the location, walk across street to beach. Was perfect, we travelled with a 3 month old and the convenience was ideal. Plenty of food walkable and rentals for snorkeling/paddling etc also walkable. Highly recommend.

Great Location

Great Location, Mgmt was quick and responsive. Condo had everything you needed and more. Beach across the street and shopping and food all within walking distance. Master bed was comfortable.

Picturesque And Great Location

The VROB Was wonderful! It was right across the street from the beach. Sunsets every night and in the perfect location for every thing. The home was well stocked with anything that you could ask for for a fun week.

Amazing location / updated condo

We recently visited this Kihei condo with our family. From booking to check in we had no issues and they were very responsive. The condo is fully stocked (maybe too stocked) and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The convenience being right across from the beach access made it ideal.

Location is Top Notch!

Great location. Beachfront. All amenities we needed were basically next door. Comfy bed & all the goodies we needed for a fun stay were included at the property (beach chairs, boogie boards, ice chests). We loved the easy parking, cleanliness of the condo grounds, & the swimming pool too. Thank you for making our time on Maui perfect!

The view was stellar, neighbors were quiet. Neighborhood in general was always busy. Property manager was responsive and quick to answer questions.

Communication with Matt was excellent. Everything was very clear and upfront from the beginning, no day before you get there we will tell you kind of stuff. Matt was very quick to respond to all the questions I had during the length of our stay. The unit was just as described and photographed. Very clean, quiet and more than adequately stocked.

We loved our stay here

We loved everything about this suite. We stayed 11 nights here. The 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds was perfect for our 10 and 11 year old daughters. Loved the ocean view from the balcony. Just stunning. The location was central and walking distance to food, shopping and next door to the ABC store. The beautiful Kamaole Beach 1 is a quick walk across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location

The location is perfect. The unit has everything a guest could ask for and is very quiet, except for a bit of traffic noise but I did not find it an issue. The only thing that could be improved is if the unit was deep cleaned and dusted. Other than that, it was great.
