Charming little guest cottage located in a quiet neighborhood on a large well maintained Estate property with lots of outside space. The property is located in Seminole on the Intracostal waterway surround by florida mangroves. This little gem is a lovely 3 bedroom cottage, complete with a living room, full kitchen, and dining area and additional back patio with short white pickett fenced in area that's perfect if bringing a pet. Located less than 5 minutes from Indian Shores Beach. Its a quick car or bike ride or makes for a great morning jog over the bridge for a walk on the beach. Plenty of shopping and amenties just 2.3 miles away at Seminole City Center Entertainment district. Aldi and CVS less than one mile for convient essentials.

The cottage is lovely, it was nice to sit out back with a cup of coffee and watch all the birds it was clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to stay close the beach, restaurants, and shopping., and to have privacy.

First of all, the host was excellent - even letting us check in a few hours early. Response from the host was quick and efficient. Cupcakes and a card were waiting in the kitchen for us. Thank you.The house itself is very old but very spacious and the A/C units cooled very well. I would suggest bringing your own king size bed sheets as the ones on the bed are well used, rough and pilled from use. If you are looking for privacy, you will like this house. We enjoyed our 4 night stay..

This cute little cottage met our needs perfectly. It is congruent located to multiple beaches within a 5 min drive. The host was very responsive any time we needed something. The bathroom and the shower need additional storage and/or shelving and there is a need for a couple more larger skillets for the kitchen. Otherwise, we had no issues.

At this price point the property was good. Clean and comfortable. If you have a small dog it will be able to get under the fence. Dealing with opening and closing the gate gets tedious but the property is accurately listed.

It was very clean and it was completely remolded since the last time I stayed there. Nicer furniture. The kitchen could do better with there pots and pan. But since I drove I brought some of my own down with me. I just think the grass in the backyard should be cut at least every 2 weeks it was a little high. Otherwise it is a great location and Harriet was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this place if you re looking for something simple and clean.

Nice quiet place. Had a couple issues which were addressed and remedied right away. Courtney was great, communication with her was great. Overall a very nice stay.

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful property

VERY close to local beaches; a bit of a drive to Tampa proper. Lots of room for kids to play outside. Hosts were very responsive to text messages. Lovely place to stay.

Great cottage

This little cottage was perfect for our stay. It is tucked in a very nice neighborhood. Close to many things, the beach, stores. When we come to stay in this area I would book this place again!

Property manager very quick to respond. House was exactly as described. If you are looking for convenient location, and priced well, this is good. If you are looking for 5 star hotel, up your minimum price point.

Wonderful Cottage In Seminole!

We loved staying in Harriett's cottage! It was the perfect amount of space for my husband, dad, dog, and I. Harriet was so kind to welcome our dog with open arms. The house is on a big lot and is very private. It also had everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway!
