The location was ideal for visiting different beaches. We had a few cleaning issues, but once they were addressed, they were resolved. I would recommend putting a handicapped bar in the shower off the master bedroom. All 3 beds were comfortable.

I had a recent 7 nite stay. The home itself was nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Owners and property manager were prompt in responding to issues regarding the air conditioning, the awful odor in the house and a request for a later check out was honored. They need a better housekeeper and cleaning supplies were limited. I cleaned the kitchen garbage can and refrigerater before using them. An awful odor was discovered to be coming from a wet under the sink shelf, maybe mold. The property manager made a temporary fix, removal of some items and placement of a towel on the shelf cut down some of the odor but it was still apparent. I slept with my unpacked suitcase on the bed as there was no dresser or clothes hangers available for use in the bedroom. The clothes dryer was overloaded with bedding that was still wet. This was discovered on day 6 of my stay. No telling how long the clothes were in the dryer. The location was convient to where we wanted to travel to.

Great place, very reasonably priced!!

We went to Clearwater for Softball Nationals and stayed in this house. It was close enough to the fields, but far enough to keep us away from the hustle and bustle of the beach traffic and tourists. I would stay here again and again!!

Quiet Neighborhood. Good for a short stay

Not luxurious, but in overall good condition of items. Not extremely clean, but well equipped. Had all the basic amenities. Location not centric but good access to highways.

Thank you for the comments. I you find that there is anything that needs a better clean after arrival, the cleaner/manager would come back during your stay if you let them know. As per the message I sent to you on arrival day, there was another VRBO guest leaving on the same day as your arrival. Unfortunately, this guest did not respect the checkout rules, and did not leave until 1.5 hrs prior to your check-in time, so the cleaners had to scramble to get the house ready for you. The previous guest also left much more damage and things to clean that the usual guest. I am sorry for that inconvenience.

Great location and accommodation

We stayed for January and February. Really enjoyed the location. The house was furnished just as advertised. Really clean and everything worked well. Had one small issue where we reached out to host. We had great communication and issue was resolved easily and quickly. The location allowed easy access to so many things to do. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Convenient to the beach and stores.

This house was perfect for where we needed to be. Plenty room in the house. The living room couch needed to be more comfortable. It was hard. Other than that, very pleased. We would recommend this house to anyone and will be back again here.

We were very happy with this property. They pretty much have everything you need provided in the house. The house was very clean and neat. The beds were comfortable even though other reviews suggested otherwise. The two queens are low to the ground but was not a problem by any means. I wish we could have stayed longer but had to cut our trip short due to winter weather at home.

Beautiful space

Overall good experience. A bit of a chemical smell in the main bedroom they we had to open windows and fan out but cleared up within a day. It could be cleaning products used. Was a perfect space for my family.
