Beautiful home. Beautiful views.. Will definitely be back. The huge family room and kitchen was amazing. Having the 2 car garage was definitely a plus.

The home is exactly as pictured and very clean. We had a lot of space to hang out together as well as enough space to not be on top of each other for the 8 days we were there. Chad was very responsive to questions, and the view was simply spectacular.

Amazing stay for our North Tahoe get away! Host went above and beyond with communication and was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Property was beautiful and very well stocked. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Tahoe!

Quiet location, spacious great room with lake view, extremely well-stocked kitchen, many extras. This space really fit our family and provided a fantastic experience.

We had a family of 8, there was plenty of room for everyone. The views are incredible! The main living area was large and comfortable. Chad was super nice and easy to communicate with. Quiet neighborhood, we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing from checkin to enjoying this spacious Lakeview home that offered all the amenities you could need! It is situated in a cute little road above with beautiful sunrises and sunsets , we managed to take walks every morning or evening to enjoy the nice weather. The host made sure we had everything we needed and replied promptly to any questions we had. The entire family had fun and enjoyed the home. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Beautiful property on the end of the street in a very nice neighborhood. We loved the spacious kitchen/ living area. The views from the house are gorgeous. We enjoyed making a sled run for the kids

The home was spacious with plenty of room for 6 friends to gather as a whole or in smaller groups. The location was convenient to both Incline Village and Tahoe City. I would definitely stay there again.

Chad is awesome and his home is conveniently located with plenty of space for a large family or group. The views are stunning. We would strongly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Lake Tahoe area.

The view of Lake Tahoe from all of the rooms was beyond impressive, especially the large picture window in the open living area! We enjoyed watching the snowfall while preparing our meals in the extremely well equipped gourmet kitchen. The hot tub was loads of fun and a welcome end to a day of exploring and snowshoeing. This was a Christmas getaway we will not forget!

Great stay in Kings Beach

This house was perfect for a group - comfortable rooms and a great shared living space/kitchen and outdoor deck. The owner was very communicative and helpful, and location was perfect for summer trips to Incline, Kings Beach and Tahoe City. We’ll definitely consider staying here again for future trips.
