Welcome to this Island Rated condo at Portofino Island Resort. This condo is beautifully decorated and the living area features and overstuffed sofa with a reclining love seat and 2 additional chairs for plenty of seating for your family.
Dining area features seating for 8 at the table with additional seating at the bar area. We have added a wet bar and wine cooler in the living area for your entertainment needs.
Bedding in this unit is King, King, Bunk Beds ( Full and Twin) and Sleeper Sofa which will sleep 9 comfortably.
Balcony wraps around the unit featuring views of the Santa Rosa Sound and Lifestyle Center. There is plenty of seating and a grill on the balcony for your use.
All Three Bedroom condos have panoramic views with floor to ceiling windows, private balconies and are fully equipped. All three bedroom condos will have wrap around balconies as they are located on the corners of each building. Each tower has a heated pool and spa with easy access to the beach.
