Very well-maintained house located just 9 miles away from DFW airport. The house has easy access to major highways E35 and 121. Only 10 miles away from Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. This house has 3 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. Walk in tumble stone tiled shower in master bedroom. Living room with sofa that could be unfold to sleep in or just to relax and watch TV. Well-equipped kitchen and a washer & dryer at your service.
All rooms are in the second floor allowing guest to relax in their room while others could enjoy the social areas such as living room and kitchen or backyard. Two room have their own TV and a Netflix account for the house during your stay. The master bedroom comes with a very comfortable king mattress. The living room has an extra TV (55") with apple TV for your convenience ( Netflix account as well). The house comes with a 2-car private garage and a large backyard with a beautiful Sunset scenario. Come and enjoy this house if you are working in the area, retreat, visiting family or need a quiet place with easy access to the airport and close to many restaurants and attractions.

Nice place, very helpful & responsive hosts, comfy beds. Nice, big kitchen. Only issue was house was completely dark when we arrived. No outside lighting, hard to see address. No bulb in entry way light. All inside lighting/celing fans a bit tricky using remotes to turn on/off.

Nice house in a nice & quiet neighborhood. Easy to find. If the weather is good, the privacy fenced backyard is great for relaxing & grilling.

Very responsive host

This is a nice home in a central location stocked with everything we needed. The host is very responsive and proactively accommodated our crazy schedule to make our stay convenient and easy. Garage parking was also a great perk!

Great value and set up for family

The home was clean, well-stocked and easy to get to. The master bathroom is amazing, and the backyard was great for our family, we also loved that there was garage and off-street parking available. The only thing negarive thing we said was the living room light was kind of dim but that just may have been us not working correctly. We would definitely stay here again if in the DFW area.

Thanksgiving Family Time

Very friendly and easy to communicate with the owners. The place was very clean and had thoughtful amenities. The rooms were very nice and allowed privacy for all. Loved the bedside snacks!! Great parking and yard for the pups!! Great location to Grapevine attractions. Stores are close by too. We enjoyed some great family game time at the large kitchen table and Netflix movies on the big screen tv. Thank you for sharing your home. Great rental overall.

Project Stardom

Overall, everything was great, however, the great room tv was in Spanish and there were no instructions or way to change it. Additionally, when we stepped outside the house, sitting in the driveway, there was a blocker preventing us from using our navigation system until we reached the Exxon station on the corner. (Note: The shower door in the master bathroom needs repair. It won't stay closed when taking a shower and there is a loose tile on the inside at the shower entrance.)

School Spring Break

Nice stay

We stayed for a few nights for our christmas trip. It was an ok stay. The oven didnt work well nor did the coffee maker so wasnt able to use the kcups we brought. But overall it provided us what we needed for our short term vacation.

Small problems

Lighting in bedrooms, living room needs to be better. No dish towels in kitchen (minor) problem. Living room was cold. Need to let guest know that the thermostat upstate heats the whole house. The downstairs thermostat does not work.
