Stay was good. Very clean. Good communication and responses from host. Couple minor things and responded and addressed quickly. The one thing lacking is kitchen supplies such as large bowls for mixing things, no pans for cooking things in the oven and needed more plates.

Everything was great it was a home away from home. The host was responsive and patient. I would definitely come back.

Neighborhood was lower end than expected or that photos evidenced. The two lane streets are one car at a time due to density of road parking vehicles. General location of neighborhood was convenient for parks, shops, restaurants etc. neighborhood park saved the days otherwise there is no usable outside space. Interior is warm and Nicely done for the age and quality of the property.

We stayed here for a girls weekend. It was very close, just 10 min, to World Springs and the Grandscape. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The neighborhood was a little more congested than expected but there was parking in the back and we felt safe. The neighborhood was also really quiet which was nice.

Was quick to respond and tried to fix anny issues. There was an ant issue. They need to hire a company to come into spay properly. Instead the property manager showed up with poison you buy from Home Depot. Didn’t make a dent in ant activity.

Thank you for your review for the record the spray we used inside the house was Zevo eco friendly and kid and pet safe we have used this in our personal property and can confirm that no pets or kids have been harmed so far. So "poison" might be a strong word here. That was the soonest remedy considering you reported Friday night at 7:50 and most places are closed or booked. We have scheduled pest control but the soonest we could find was after your stay. Thank you for appreciating that we had the dryer replaced without question, without hesitation within 2 days of you reporting the issue. Again logistics in play, we did the best remedy we could find given the timing. In this business, I can't please everybody but again I can say I did the best and soonest remedy I could find given the situation. All the best and have a blessed year!

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and features nice modern touches. The host was friendly and provided all necessary information for accessing the home and WiFi. However, the rating is three stars due to several issues. With four guests, there were only four towels available in the entire home, and no hand towels were provided. Areas requiring increased sanitation attention were overlooked, as there was hair from previous guests in the shower and the shower curtain was dirty. I had to search for cleaning supplies, which were randomly placed in various closets and cabinets. Additionally, water seeped onto the floor, forcing us to use one of the four towels, which we then had to wash and dry in a dryer without heat. Lastly, a good spray for the sugar ants would be helpful. The home would greatly benefit from more attention to detail.
