Everything was very good. Cleanliness great. Comfortable beds, roomy, love going out on the balcony to read and look at the mountains. Host was very responsive. Check in was easy. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great space!

This property was exactly what we needed for a business trip to the area. It snowed pretty heavily before we arrived and the drive was clear. Plenty of room to work and relax. The property manager was very hospitable and communicated very well. WILL stay here again in the future! Thank you for the great space!

Great view of Forest Mountain!

Lovely renovated clean apartment with a great view of Forest Mountain. Very comfortable firm beds. Appreciated several different streaming apps. We will be back in the warmer weather to sit on the balcony for that view. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect for my purpose

I was working at AVH. Easy commute. Cozy. Comfortable. Warm during a cold and snowy 10 days. Short distance from Wal-Mart. Nice appliances including washer and dryer. Acceptable kitchen ware. Quiet neighborhood. Already signed up to stay again.

Property was clean and nice. Washer and dryer worked well. Well equipped with things like keurig pods, foil, and laundry soap. Note there are 13 stairs to get to the unit. Drive also steep. Area had an industrial feeling to the neighborhood. Close to Appalachian trail hiking. They had puzzles to enjoy.

Berlin Champlain property

We were so happy overall with this property in Berlin New Hampshire and The Great National White Mains!! The fall foliage at this time is spectacular! The property was well cleaned and roomy for our stay! This beds were firm and comfortable. We appreciate the care and lovely touches in the apartment. A small chest of drawers would help organize clothing better than a chest that opens from the top. However, it was handy to set your suitcase on it! Thank you for your care!🌺😇🌸 Bob Reeves

Great place to stay while riding the trails.

The apartment is stocked well. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Additionally, having the window ac units was great as it was unseasonably warm while we were there.

Was a nice place to stay easy access to the trails but not a lot of parking other than

The apartment was nice clean washer dryer kitchen the only issues narrow driveway to get in with neighbors and parking across the street Made it hard to get in and out of the narrow driveway

ATV Weekend

Property was great just as expected from description. Parking for 3 trucks, 3 trailers and 4 sxs was some work. One ended up with a warning ticket due to a neighbor complaining that we were "against traffic" according to the ticket. Oddly enough the other 2 in our group were parked on the side of the st the same way and did not get a ticket. So just something to keep in mind if you have multiple vehicles, trailers etc.. Overall location was good to access the trail and plenty of eating out options in the area.

Clean, spacious and very nice!

We loved our stay at this property. Three friends and I stayed for two nights and everything was clean, comfortable, and just as pictured from the listing. The host was quick to reply when we had a question and it was simple to check in. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home!
