Beautiful Custom Built Home with POOL & ELEVATOR, located 1min from BEACH ACCESS

Beautiful, custom built home finished in December, 2019.

Our family-friendly, custom build home sleeps 11 guests and includes a new pool (built in 2025), elevator, 2 master bedroom suites, multiple porches and beautifully appointed living areas.

Living Area
Enjoy watching movies on a rainy day on the 55" flat-screen TV located in the main living area. Separate seating area on main living space by fireplace for causal conversation or to enjoy an afternoon cocktail. Kitchen and living space are open to each other, creating an inviting atmosphere for entertaining and family meals. Kitchen is equipped with a full suite of appliances (including French Door fridge with water/ice option outside, and separate Beverage fridge) and a large granite island that seats four. Additional seating for 6 located at the dining table. Also located on the main floor is a half bath and additional 2nd master bedroom and bathroom.

Bedrooms and Bath
The downstairs features a large "mudroom" space with coat hooks, bench and area to throw flip flops. Also located downstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. One Master bedroom (King) with walk-in bathroom and 2 smaller bedrooms (4 bunk beds located in one and queen bed located in the 2nd) with Jack and Jill connecting bathroom. Laundry space is also located downstairs. Private outdoor shower located on ground level. Upstairs there is a 2nd Master bedroom (Queen and Twin) and connecting bathroom.

Extra Amenities and More Details:
Complimentary high speed internet and TV, washer/dryer, pack-n-play, highchair, beach chairs and toys are provided. An elevator offers convenient access to all floors. Private, family pool constructed in 2025 will provide endless entertainment. Secure, custom code provides keyless entry during your stay.

Parking is provided for three vehicles in a carport and two in the driveway.

Location:
Located directly across from a beach access. Access is visible from the house and just a short walk away. Enjoy views from either of the 2 back porches and marsh/intercoastal views from the front porch!

Be aware we have camera's on the outside of the property for security purposes.

Linen Fee negotiable for weekend/long weekend rentals. Please inquire if you would like to bring your own linens. Linen Fee required for weekly rentals.

I have rented through VRBO for many many years. This house and host are the very best I have ever had! They are extremely communicative and so very helpful! The house was an easy distance to the beach, the pool was the perfect size, it was very clean and had many different useful things in the house for young kids. Check in and check out was very easy, would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Great location & beautiful house. The host communicated well. We loved the pool. There were lots of extras to make our stay comfortable - well stocked kitchen, pool/beach gear, and lots of helpful items for kids (small table, kitchenware, toys, etc.). I was not a fan of the linen service - might want to bring your own. OIB is clean, family friendly and beautiful. We look forward to another visit.

Great Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed a great week in this home which is nicely furnished and very kid friendly. The walk to the beach is easy and there are a lot of beach essentials for use.

Nice place to stay

Everything was well prepared and coordinated for our stay. We appreciate all the beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc. we would recommend this host and house to anyone looking for a nice beach house for family stays.

Clean and great location

Our stay at Taylor’s Tide was very relaxing. The property was clean and had everything we needed. It’s a great location with a short walk to the beach and a great view from the balcony. I would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing location, amazing house. It was so kid-friendly and we absolutely loved our stay. The communication with the hosts was wonderful. They couldn't have been more accommodating.

Beautiful Place

Highly recommend this house…..spacious and beautifully decorated. Great location and easy walk to beach. We loved the porch and spent many hours enjoying the view. A well-appointed house!

This house was perfect for extended family visit. Great views off the decks! Very nice layout and beautiful home! Well stocked. Extremely helpful host. Easy access to beach. Fabulous vacation !

Wonderful to work with.

The owners were great to work with. They answer all the many questions I had even some when we were at the house. The house has a nice location to the beach. As well the house had plenty of room for the family to gather together.

Excellent house and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Taylor's Tide last week. If you are looking for a beautiful, clean, and convenient to ocean beach house, this is it! The living area and kitchen are open and large. This house is perfect for families with small kids -- the little people dining table was adorable. Thanks for providing such a lovely home!

The Taylor family lives in Cary, NC and both Chris and Lauren are native to North Carolina! Lauren grew up in Charlotte and Chris in Greensboro, both attended Appalachian State University and love the mountains but have always dreamed of owning a beach house. We now have 2 small children who also love the beach!
