This house was amazing. I could not be any more happier with to stay here. As the groom for my wedding, I needed additional housing to place my family and they were also impressed with it. The rooms were also nice and so clean the host was so responsive and helpful. I couldn’t be any more happier with how the weekend turned out as far as this house if I can give it 10 stars I would I would definitely recommend this for families. I would like to vacation at Ocean Isle

Great home!

Perfect for our needs. Owner provides all you need to make it home! Nice pool, beach close by, beach chairs, etc. provided! Highly recommend!

Great spot for families

This was a perfect beach house for our needs. The quiet street is a quick walk to the beach. The pool, patio, and grill areas are awesome for hanging out after a long day at the beach.

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed staying at beach bound for a long weekend, it was my daughter‘s wedding weekend! The home was as described, very clean, and the owner/property manager was very easy to get in touch with! My grandchildren enjoyed the pool in the back, and we utilized the extra beach toys in the storage unit. We would definitely stay again at this property!

Rented home for my out of town family for Thanksgiving. From the booking to departure we could not have been more pleased.

Great area and house

House was perfect for a week with friends and family. Outdoor pool area is large with great covered space for days the sun is a bit toasty. Rooms were spacious and adequately supplied. Front porch was great for enjoying the morning and evening events. Great central location. Everything was as described and as pictured in the description. Host was very communicative and helpful. Would stay here again when we come back to Ocean Isle

Perfect Getaway in Ocean Isle

This was our first trip to Ocean Isle and we will definitely be back! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the pool and outdoor speakers. The short walk to the beach was so nice with the kids. Thank you for sharing your place!

Beachbound Properties

Could not have found a more ideal home for the stay of our family! We had age ranges from 2-64 and it worked well for everyone. The home was clean, well maintained and exactly as advertised. There was an easy walk to the beach. The fenced in pool area was a big plus for our fur babies to be off leash with us. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Several of the doors were difficult to open/close due to floor issues. Seating for meals is limited for larger groups. 6 at the dining room table, 6 on the outside deck and any others find a spot on either couch. We are a minimalist group and made due and had a good time regardless of the numerous passing showers.

Freeman Family 2025

This was a much needed family vacation, most of our grandkids are teenagers or early 20’s now. They really wanted to get to spend some time together before everyone got so busy with their own lives. The house was awesome with 5 bedrooms/5 bathrooms! Loved our time on the front porch having coffee in the mornings. Kids all enjoyed having our own pool! And our host Alyssa was awesome!! Any questions or concerns we had, she replied within a few minutes. Wonderful over all trip, would highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Getaway!

This house was perfect for our family reunion. Lots of room, the backyard has a great pool, tons of space and a gas grill. Easy walk to the beach - less than 5 minutes even with my 7 and 9 year old nieces - and there is a crosswalk right at the end of the street so super easy to get across and to the beach. The owner has everything you could need and graciously shares -- bikes, beach umbrellas, chairs, etc. And a great ice cream shop and mini golf right on the island. The house was clean, and it was great that every bedroom has an adjoining bathroom! Alyssa was super responsive to any questions and I had all the info I needed prior to arrival. Wonderful memories for our entire family -- We will definitely come back again!

Overall, we enjoyed many aspects of this property.Unfortunately, the heated pool—a primary reason we chose this property—was a significant disappointment.On May 31, I contacted the owner about having the pool heated. I was told heating was available for an additional fee with two days' notice. Although the owner mentioned that many guests use the solar blanket, there was no indication of any issue with the heater. After I requested pool heating, I was told I would receive an invoice on Friday, but it never arrived.When we checked in on Saturday, I was informed that the heater's pilot light would not stay lit and that a part would be ordered on Monday. Then on Monday, I was told the heater needed to be replaced. While I understand that equipment can fail unexpectedly, I was disappointed that this issue was not identified before our arrival despite my advance request for pool heating.The solar blanket was not an effective alternative due to inconsistent weather and difficulty keeping it properly positioned. As a result, we were unable to use the pool during the first several days of our stay and could not enjoy it in the evenings as planned.I appreciate the owner's offer of a small refund, but I do not feel it fully reflected the impact this issue had on our vacation. Future guests who are counting on a heated pool may want to confirm that the heater is fully operational before arrival.

Exceeded expectations!!!

Every room had its own bathroom if I’m not mistaken, everything we could possibly need for the beach was there, chairs, pool toys, ect. We had a small pool party with friends for my 42nd bday and everyone had a great time!!! We grilled and the pool had speakers and there was a lot of space. The only negative thing I can say is there was a ant hill around the pool but they didn’t bother us much , no one said they were bitten, the pool didn’t get warm tho it was suppose to been heated but we weren’t charged anyway so that wasn’t a big deal we still got it and we had a time going back & fourth down stairs all night lol. Overall excellent stay and awesome host, I would definitely book again!!!!

Pretty nice

The house accommodated a large group well and was very clean. A few small issues such as the coffee maker didn’t work, you couldn’t use the television in the living room without tripping the breaker, we had to make the beds ourselves when we arrived, and several of the toilets either wouldn’t flush or made loud noises when it did flush. I also paid extra to have the pool heated (as we had poor weather for our visit) and it only put out warm water for a few hours before going back to cold. Overall it was a great stay, just a few small inconveniences!

House was great, cleaning could be better

The house was great for our group of families. But we did pay extra for early check-in and the floors were not very clean, everyones feet were very dirty once we walked around barefoot so not sure if the cleaner mopped or not. One shower had globs of hair in it so don't think it was cleaned. And the house had no bed sheets or bath towels upon arrival. They did bring them in the afternoon (we checked in at 10am) and just gave us a bag of sheets and towels. Usually rental houses have the beds made and ready. Otherwise it was a nice house and outdoor area!

TBH we weren’t there much - in town for my daughters wedding and spent most of our time at the Bridal house though I did cook here and cart it over lol. Wish we had time to go to the beach as it was so convenient - didn’t even open the door downstairs to the amenities in storage. Didn’t realize how lucky we were that linens were included at this house! Not a lot of water pressure but that’s an island thing and the beds are functional - perfect for the price point but I did wish I had brought my personal comfy pillow. But as exhausted as I was I did sleep well and the temperature controls worked great and there were ceiling fans in every room which was awesome! Highly recommended location and home!!!
